Room we stayed was in poor condition, probably no renovation since was built so 30years at least. In the roim, No views outside, not enough sockets, poor lights werent enough brightly. Additionally have to pay per day if you want to use the safety box or the car park. So not much comodities included. Its noisier hotel as its easier to hear other people in the above and below floors and next to rooms.
The hotel facilities were quiet good and breakfast buffet good. Staff were good with us.

Well, what can I say? This hotel was lovely. we stayed for a week and arrived home yesterday. The staff really do make your holiday they couldn't do enough and so friendly. I want to give a massive shout out to the entertainment team, especially Esther, who my little boy made friends with, she really brought him out his shell and got him joining in which is unusual for my son so thank you for that. Also, the man on reception junlio he was always happy and helpful and enjoyed having a bit of banter with you even if he was run of his feet. The hotel it's self was always being cleaned, and the maids came and cleaned your rooms everyday. The food was nice especially the breakfast and lunch, sometimes the evening dinner was a little hit and miss but you could always find something to eat I have four boy's and they where happy with it. The only thing I would say is if they want that little extra touch is to put tea and coffee facilities in the rooms that would of been great. Apart from that we all had a great time,we will miss you Esther and brunel.

First holiday as a couple without the kids ( now grown up ) and what a treat this was. The staff were absolutely wonderful and always helpful , the hotel itself was outstanding and in immaculate condition, the food and drink options were great and the rooms were of the highest standard , we stayed in room 715 on the top floor, we’ve just got back home and are planning are next visit for later this year !!!!

Pokoje czyste codziennie były sprzątane jedzenie wyśmienite obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Basen czysty.Wieczorem jest Irina paniktórą mówi po polsku bardzo miła i sympatyczna. Polecamy wszystkim ten hotel.

Viaje en familia por una semana todo incluido La recepcion bien, los bares bien( quitando que si no encuentras sitio en la piscina de abajo y vas a la piscina de arriba tienes que ir al bar de abajo a por la bebida porque en el de arriba no esta incluida. Recepcion Buen trato y como llegamos a las 9 y cuarto nos mandaron para el restaurante que cierra a las 9 y media. El restaurante Esto hay tema, cubiertos sucios, platos sucios, personal que no saluda, personal de bufet que trabaja con la boca llena. Comida, mira que yo como lo que sea pero falta variedad, pescado barato en salsas(mira que el puerto esta abajo y no hay pescado a la plancha) paella con arroz largo, jamón serrano lo vimos 2 veces en una semana, ensaladilla rusa 1 dia. Todo echo al vapor, parece que no saben asar. LA COL ES LA ESTRELLA DEL HOTEL, había col todos los días, ensalada, a la plancha, al horno etc. Luego a mitad de servicio se quedaban sin comida. Bares Bien, buen trato y siempre amables. Habitación Limpia, pagamos vista al mar y merecio la pena.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue la limpieza impecable en todas las instalaciones, desde las habitaciones hasta las zonas comunes. Además, el trato del personal fue inmejorable: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar donde se nota el cuidado por los detalles y la dedicación para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Hotel bien localizado, personal muy agradable, comidas variadas siempre, el único pormenor es que no deben permitir reservas de toallas porque nosotros estuvimos una semana sin posibilidad de usar tumbonas en ninguna de las piscinas.
