Good afternoon, I wanted to report the poor service. The elevator is not only not located at the reception floor, but you are forced to go up to the first floor to use it (carrying your luggage up one floor by hand). The elevator was also turned off because it was working. It did, however, have a fault. The elevator's reception button would keep beeping, which is why the electrical levers were lowered. This is not the solution. We asked them why they didn't call the technicians, and everyone told us they called but didn't come. This isn't a private home, but rather a lodging establishment where they are supposed to provide the contracted services, and this hasn't been done. The hotel itself, the rooms, are fine but have some shortcomings that can be understood because they told us they were just refurbished. For example, there was no trash can in the room, no shower facilities to put shower gels, no hairdryer, etc.

Recently renovated hotel quite comfortable very kind and helpful staff Excellent central location, clean room but a bit too basic for medium-long stays Only negative side (but not the hotel's fault) It was the booking issue from the Trip.com site Which had not communicated the booking to the hotel but luckily for me the person in charge at the reception managed to resolve everything

What is the location is great! It is in the middle of the port. And for the price you can't ask for more. But the roll of paper runs out and they don't even put you on. The room in some places full of ants, they don't sweep, they only make the bed and change the towels... the mattresses with springs that stick in... but hey, if you want to pay little, it's what there is.

Excelente atención del personal…siempre amables…la comida es deliciosa…de gran calidad y a muy buen precio…sin duda..un lugar ideal para disfrutar y volver ..!Reccomendado!un lugar fácil de llegar y bien ubicado…frente a una plaza..
