Hotel Vallemar

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, at first they gave us a standard room. This is of course awful - the room was very old and clearly requires urgent repairs. It absolutely does not match the pictures in the booking. There is no kettle, the safe is paid, the TV is miserable, the room itself is quite small, everything is shabby, dirty and unpleasant. Not at all what you expect for 300 euros per day. After indignation and nerves, we were given a room of a higher category, with a sea view. It is much more similar to what we saw in the pictures, although it is also quite old. The soundproofing of the windows is very poor and every day until midnight we had to listen to loud street concerts. In general, the hotel is more like a pensioner's house - only grandmas and grandpas, it is only unclear where they got so much money. The absolute advantage of the hotel, however, is the amazing rooftop terrace with a warm pool. There are always enough sun loungers for everyone, they give you a towel. If you want, you can run and swim in the sea below, on a small rocky beach. Breakfasts are very good, plentiful and tasty, among other things there are freshly squeezed juices. Dinner was also decent, although without drinks. The location is the best - right on a pedestrian street, on the 1st line. As a result, I can say that the hotel is more or less "ok", but if you plan to stay here - avoid the "standard" rooms, they are not worth the money and are much worse than all the others. It is important to note that the hotel as a whole is quite old, I think its best time was about 20 years ago.

We are repeat customers, it is always a pleasure to go to Valle Mar, they have a Notable rating in all valuable aspects, highlighting the kindness of the Lifeguard. Also a plus to be able to go with our dog, they always have a detail with her. It is a highly recommended hotel. Thank you.

Idealny hotel Pokój: mialam pokój nr 214 z widokiem na ocean i baseny Martianez. Cóż dodać wiecej: Od pobudki, z łóżka, oglądanie tych cudownych widoków to najwspanialszy początek dnia. Wieczorem można było na balkonie posłuchać muzyki z restauracji i popatrzeć na zachód słońca. Pokój super wyposażony, łóżko ogromne, wygodne. W łazience wszystko: Suszarka, ręczniki, nawet Szczoteczki do zębów i Pasta. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, przemiłe panie sprzątające. Można wynająć sejf za 2 euro za dzień Restauracja: miałam HP, jedzenie jest w formie bufetu. Śniadania do 10.30 więc super dla śpiochów. Kolacja od 18.30 do 21.30 - też idealnie. Jedzenie smaczne, duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Napoje do kolacji osobno płatne ale nie trzeba chodzić z pieniędzmi: doliczają do pokoju. Jest fajna opcja z winem: można wziąć całą butelkę, zawieszają karteczkę z numerem pokoju i codziennie przynoszą tą butelkę. Opcja tańsza niż kupowanie po kieliszku codziennie Basen: basen na dachu, czynny od 10.00 z widokiem na ocean i baseny Martianez. Przepięknie. Leżaków bardzo dużo, nie ma rezerwacji ręcznikami, jak w innych hotelach. Leżaki są wolne, można przyjść o każdej porze dnia. Są też parasole. Wszystko za darmo. Przy basenie jest snack bar: Kawa, napoje, jedzenie- coś wspaniałego. Personel: personel zasługuje na osobny wpis. Jestem hotelarzem z wykształcenia więc doceniam to, co może dla innych jest niezauważalne. Personel w tym hotelu to poziom światowy. Ten Personel jest zawsze obok, ale jest dyskretny, nienachalny. Podróżuję sama, nie cierpię więc hoteli w których czuję się taka osączona. Tu było inaczej. W restauracji przemili kelnerzy i kelnerki, ale bez takiego narzucania. Nikt nie sterczy nad głową, nie zabiera talerza od razu po skończeniu jedzenia. Jest czas na spokojny posiłek, nikt nie pogania, nie przychodzi co chwilę. Ale przy tym czuje się tą opiekę, kelnerzy są niedaleko i szybko się zjawiają gdy potrzeba. Taka stara szkoła hotelarska. Podobnie recepcja: uśmiech, profesjonalizm, bez nachalnego narzucania się.Panie sprzątające sprzątają szybko i dyskretnie. Dużo podróżuję, mam porównanie z innymi hotelami i ten naprawdę zasługuje na swoje 4 gwiazdki.

Siempre que voy a Puerto de la Cruz me hospedo en este hotel. Está impecable, su localización es genial ya que es súper central a todo y con unas vistas espectaculares. Además, la atención recibida por parte de los empleados es estupenda, desde la recepción, personal de limpieza y también del restaurante. Me gustaría destacar en especial el maravilloso trato recibido por Mavi en el restaurante durante el desayuno del día 28 de Mayo 2025, fue súper atenta y super amable, da gusto empezar el día con el buen trato y el riquísimo desayuno. Muchas gracias a todo el personal, lo recomiendo al 100% si buscas donde hospedarte en puerto de la cruz

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Pool und Bar auf dem Dach, Balkon mit Meerblick, direkt gegenüber der Meerespools von C. M. entworfen. Direkt an der Promenade. Personal war sehr freundlich und fleißig in allen Bereichen. Das Essen, wir hatten HP, war sehr schmackhaft und vielseitig. Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel, gerne kommen wir wieder.
