What an amazing holiday! Just back from 11 nights at this beautiful hotel. You could relax around the pool or have some chill time in the well stocked pool bar, be it alchoholic drinks or milkshakes and smoothies. Even ice cream/ice lollies. Victor and the rest of the staff looked after you well - thank you ♡ There is also the rooftop area to sunbathe with hot tubs and sunbeds placed in water but we didn't use them as no umbrellas for protection and it got really hot. Obviously a good reason, if not maybe a suggestion. Would recommend experiencing the Spa - different pools of water which stimulate your sences. Especially the flotation pool. Don't want to spoil it for anyone but it is amazing! Plenty of delicious choices for breakfast and dinner - we went half board. Always something there to eat as so much to choose from. Again all staff work so hard and everything is spotless ♡ We also booked into The Cliff for the a la carte menu - what an experience and the portions were huge! Extra cost but well worth it ♡ All rooms face the sea and waking up to the sound of the waves makes a nice relaxing ambience. Rooms cleaned every day along with towels being changed if needed. Credit to all the hard work that the staff do to keep this hotel so clean and fresh. Right down to the fresh spa type smell you got in the lifts. You also had a chilled out time on the rooftop bar - Vertigo and again hats off to all the staff up there you were all ama,ing and a credit to thr hotel - mainly Maite, Lucia, Pompeo, Cesar and J David. You all work relentlessley! Mr Golf GTI the DJ (sorry- hubby forgot your long name) you are amazing!!! Every Friday and Saturday. Thank you all so very much for making our holiday one to remember and we would definitely recommend. So much to do in Puerto de la Cruz that I can only say get out here and explore like we did. We would have loved to have been closer to all the festival activities that went on throughout July but Atlantic Mirage and Spa made up for that - no regrets at all. I could go on and on praising this hotel but you need to experience it for youself. Ignore any negative reviews you read as they were obviously disrespectful to staff or their standards were way yo high 🤷‍♀️ OR they maybe just liked moaning about nothing in the hope of getting something for free. Who knows. The staff at this hotel work so hard and you will see some working day and night, still smiling. We will be back again
