Nothing wow really, cleaning could be better, same as servive. The location is not very good as steep hills etc and nothing around like restaurants. You must resaxh city centre for that. A 3 star hotel ut on certain things i will say 2 stars

Unfortunately you are woken up at 8 in the morning because the housekeeping scrapes the beds and armchairs over the laminate to be able to clean them better. With the thin walls that makes a killer noise. I would like to be able to sleep in on vacation. Unfortunately, the room and the balcony never have sun and overlook the rock face of the Barranco. Everything else is OK and reasonable for the price.

Io, mio marito e i nostri figli di 24 e 18 anni siamo stati benissimo. Il personale preparato e gentile. Il parco è bellissimo. Unica nota negativa i 2 letti singoli avvicinati per rendere un letto matrimoniale con materassi con 2 altezze diverse e lenzuola singole. Arianna, Jessica, Asia ma soprattutto l'animatore Jasac rimarranno nei nostri cuori.

Went on holiday with my 6yo daughter for a long weekend. We had the best time, she loved the pool, the bingo and all the lizards, chickens, cats, grasshoppers, dragonflies, bats! Everyone was so friendly there. The breakfast selection was great, and varied. Only negatives was the shuttle bus back to airport arrived 6 hours before our flight so we missed breakfast even though we had to still pay for it, and the shuttle journey was 4 hours back to the airport. It’s also very hilly to walk around near the hotel but we still loved it and would definitely recommend. Gorgeous views from the balcony of the sea and mountains, really nice weather and hotel room was perfect for us!
