Nothing wow really, cleaning could be better, same as servive. The location is not very good as steep hills etc and nothing around like restaurants. You must resaxh city centre for that. A 3 star hotel ut on certain things i will say 2 stars

Unfortunately you are woken up at 8 in the morning because the housekeeping scrapes the beds and armchairs over the laminate to be able to clean them better. With the thin walls that makes a killer noise. I would like to be able to sleep in on vacation. Unfortunately, the room and the balcony never have sun and overlook the rock face of the Barranco. Everything else is OK and reasonable for the price.

L'hôtel nécessite d'être rénové, trop vieillissant, vieux ascenseurs , portes en bois, portes intérieures qui frottent le sol Le hall d'entrée n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, on a l'impression d'entrer par 1 porte dérobée Malgré tout il est propre. Le restaurant n'est pas terrible, et le personnel non plus. Les animations sont comme l'hôtel vieillottes Heureusement que les animateurs Oclub, Momo et Francesca, nous accompagne.

Really enjoyed my 4 night stay here in February. The setting is beautiful and I enjoyed exploring the grounds it's very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast is amazing, so much choice and the restaurant is very clean. The staff are really attentive and friendly. Booked a superior studio which was really spacious and comfortable and the shower was great with really good pressure and lovely hot water. Had a swim in the main pool near the tennis court the water was not too cold and very pleasant, it's a really big pool.I did not visit the other pools as not enough time . Enjoyed a welcome drink in the 5th floor bar did not stay for the entertainment as wanted to explore the town which is also very beautiful and easy to walk down to or get the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Taxi back up is only around €4. The only negative was that the roll out bed was very dusty underneath and looked like it had not been used for some time and the upholstery was worn. Apart from that everything was fabulous I would definitely stay here again .
