Hotel recomendable en Puerto De la Cruz. Camas comodisimas, ubicación inmejorable, en pleno paseo marítimo, cerca de bares, cafeterías, supermercados, centro comercial… hotel muy limpio. Habitación muy amplia y luminosa. Cosas a mejorar del hotel: tema de los ascensores (mucho tiempo de espera estando en planta 8), piscina (un pelin dejada) y el baño de la habitación (un pelin anticuado). Buffet de cena muy rico y variado. Desayuno de 10

Was there in September all inclusive.hotel was dated but clean,bedding changed everyday.some of the staff was great but quite a few was very anti British especially the grey haired lady behind the bar at night absolutely disgusting very rude and ignorant she upset quite few British people whilst I was there.one night when all inclusive had finished I bought a drink 7euro gave 20 euro note got 3 euro change she wouldn't have it even had a witness who see me do it but still she wouldn't have it she was aggressive in her attitude so I gave two gestures back to her.went to reception to complaine the guy didn't want to have anything to do with it went to reception morning after to see manager who again was anti British very rude and all he did was back the bar woman up its OK for her to short change me by 10 euro and wave her arms about and raise her voice yet I'm the guilty one in all this managers coment to me was I was aggressive to her,so I get reported to the tui rep who really didn't want the hassle wasn't really interested in my comments to defend myself.absalute disgrace.as for the food if any British people say the food is good then it must be me who's picking wrong food especially the cold fried eggs.stay clear of the hotel.

Hotel viejo, da hasta miedo los s pasillos. Habitación huele a viejo pero limpia. Habitación sin vida parece la de un sanatorio. El comedor sin comentarios… desayuno horrible los churros fatal, lis zumos es agua con polvos 🤮, y el chocolate lo tuve que dejar. No se como tienen 3 estrellas. Menos mal que pasamos solo un noche … la cena la teníamos pagada ni la probamos. Reconozco que veníamos de 7 días de costa Adeje hotel Jacaranda que es de 4 estrellas pero todo maravilloso a eso que fue un verdadera desastre. JAMÁS VOLVEREMOS ALLI. Junto fotos

we were looking to book a two week stay at catelonia las vegas,we left it to late and booked "be live orotava" instead, what a surprise, we were greeted at reception by a fun gentleman, we were staying in room 714. 29/10 through 12/11/2024 the room was spacious and kept clean on a daily basis,towels and bedding the same,there was a good selection of food, breakfast and evening meal, all the servers worked very hard, I would like to give our thanks to Jacil and Joana, also the young lady who was at the restaurant where you give your room number,all in all we had a good two weeks,and hope to return soon.It is only the 13th and missing it already.

I would never rate this hotel a 4 star. Lower your expectations & you shall be content. Waiting times for the lifts are ridiculous. Food was not to my standard. Rooms are boring but clean. Staff were amazing & really helpful. Location is great.
