Excellent hotel of the Sol chain in the north of Tenerife. Quite simple, very simple interior. The hotel is not new, therefore, does not look 4 stars. Breakfasts and dinners - buffet. Large selection and very tasty. Cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and helpful

Similar experience to most, rooms need a refit. The water pressure in the shower was none existent. The cold food was always excellent but the hot was absolutely awful. Cleaners came every day and are fantastic. The location and the resort were both excellent. We will return to Puerto De La Cruz but not to this hotel.

Literie tout juste bonne, une seule prise dans chambre double et zéro dans chambre simple, chasse d'eau défectueuse, vieille télé pixelisée dans une chambre, éclairage balcon présent mais non fonctionnel, travaux en face de l'hôtel. Restauration : en sous sol très bruyant plus proche du réfectoire que du restaurant, nourriture vraiment pas bonne ( ma cantine scolaire est largement meilleure!) et boisson non comprise même pas l'eau. Pour finir le pèse-valise est payant !!! A FUIR ABSOLUMENT

El hotel tiene muchos años . Necesita lavado de cara . Muy limpio tanto habitaciones como zorzal comunes . Lo peor el buffet , no se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas . Le sobra una estrella . El personal atento y cordial . Buena situación . Cerca de plaza del charco (10 minutos)

No es oro todo lo que reluce
Nada más llegar a la habitación por la noche fui recibido por una cucaracha paseándose por la mesa de noche donde está el teléfono. La saqué fuera de la habitación y volvió a entrar por debajo de la puerta de entrada. Tuve que poner una toalla para taponar ese hueco.

Besøg for 3 gang
Vi bestilte med halvpension , morgenmaden i top, men aftenbuffeen var skuffende men der er sikkert delte meninger om det. Har besøgt hotellet for 3 gang og kvaliteteten af maden er blevet dårligere.
