Las almohadas y sábanas se notan que son de 100% algodón cuando vallan en pareja les súper recomiendo la suite con cena romántica y ni hablar de la piscina al día siguiente la temperatura estaba espectacular, la comida es muy buena; les recomiendo la paella

Cuando llegamos los espacios estaban muy limpios, las zonas verdes muy lindas. La comida deliciosa y la atención de los meseros fue muy buena. Volveré sin lugar a dudas un espacio para compartir con la familia y disfrutar de la tranquilidad.

encanta con este hotel, aparte de la tranquilidad que se siente, la comida fue hummm deliciosa , el personal muy atento, el diseño que tiene parece mentiras que estuviera aquí en puerto colombia. les recomiendo la piscina es tan deliciosa no dan ganas de salirse, la verdad que todo estuvo genial!!! espero volver muy pronto

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night in October 2022. On arrival we were first offered a room without windows. We could also spend the night in the next room - this room had windows. Unfortunately the internet was not working and we were offered a large room in the main building. Very thoughtful. The staff were extremely friendly. In the pictures the hotel looks very nice. The house is also very beautiful. However, the rooms are outdated, and you can also see that there is a lot of broken. Portobello has nothing to offer. I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Reservamos las 7 habitacióne por 4 noches para toda la familia. El penultimo día se fue el agua al medio día y más nunca volvió. En los mejores términos preguntamos q si lo mejor era irnos, nos dijeron que no, que ya iban a llenar su tanque elevado, q no funcionó jamás. Nuevamente dijimos que nos íbamos y volvieron a decirnos q no q ya a las 6 llegaba el agua (faltaban dos horas). Eran las 8 pm y no aparecía NADIE del hotel, estuvimos encerrados e incomunicados (Porq nadie contestaba) 5 horas. A las 10 pm apareció el dueño y la administradora, nose cual fue peor. Con miles de argumentos para no regresar o el dinero y amenazando que si no pagábamos los consumos (ya las noches estaban pagas) se los descontaban a los trabajadores, que fueron muy queridos (se retiraban todos los días a la 3 pm). Por supuesto terminamos pagando, y no nos regresaron ni un centavo, tampoco recibimos una sola disculpa. Por lo contrario buscaban miles de excusas por las cuales no nos iban a regresar el dinero de la última noche. Llegó un punto que los baños todos estaban sucios, olían terrible y ya no había manera de bajarlos, era IMPOSIBLE quedarse un segundo más ahí. No lo recomiendo. No tiene políticas ni tienen idea de manejar un hotel. Terrible terrible

La estadia fue agradable hasta el ultimo dia donde se fue el agua durante todo el dia y la administración del hotel solo daba excusas sin solucionar el problema. Nos toco salirnos un dia antes sin que nos dieran ni una disculpa ya que todos los baños estaban sucios.
