The complex is a bit dated. However, the apartments are large and clean. They were cleaned twice upon arrival, which was perfectly adequate. The reception was very friendly, and breakfast in the neighboring restaurant was also good. Unfortunately, the complex is located in a part of Porto Colom that has been somewhat neglected and feels rather uninviting, which detracts from its rating. We don't know why this is the case. The complex itself could be made even more attractive with a bit of paint and minor repairs. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The view of the sea and the lighthouse is fantastic.

We loved everything about this hotel! Came here after staying at another place amd regreted that we did not book this hotel forvour whole stay. The rooms are spacious, equiped with everything you might need for your holiday. The view is fantastic. We were firstly afraid that pool is too small, but it is perfect size with enough lounges for everyone. Beautiful beach walking distance, bakery + Spar with necessities are very close. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and also in harbor - takes few minutes to walk there. Martina at reception super nice and helpful. Overall - we could not recommend this place enough. This hotel is a gem.

Worst experience of my life. Dirty and poorly maintained structure, not corresponding to the photos. Staff numerically and cordially scarce. The room was cleaned after 7 days of arrival with continuous requests (we no longer had toilet paper, soap and clean towels). People from outside the hotel entered the pool during the day and even at night (making noise). Highly discouraged, with those prices we could have found better. Fortunately we did not take the formula with breakfast: dining room located in a disused building (rust and dirt everywhere). If you are looking, change hotels

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long while. The rooms are modern and spotless, free (very good) air con and wifi, amazing staff and the location is perfect. The views from the rooms (105 in particular) are the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. Right next to the water, on the top of cliff. Local shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away and supermarket about 10 minutes walk. Will 100% be returning in the near future! 10/10

Ignore the negative reviews this is a great place to stay and explore the east coast, if you can book the extra large balcony/sun terrace as the veiws and morning sunrise are worth the extra cost. Also a special thanks to the room maid who found our card and promptly called us after check out.

The rooms are nice (although many have been renovated very cheaply) and have a great view. Unfortunately, that's about it... The restaurant is permanently closed, and a very simple breakfast is served in a small room and outside. The outdoor areas seem somewhat neglected. After some back and forth when booking (we had booked and paid for the apartment with the large terrace online, but it was already fully booked and we were offered one with the small terrace for €6 less per night), we were greeted upon arrival with the information that we had been given an "upgrade" to a room with a small terrace, and therefore the price wouldn't be cheaper than the room with the large terrace?!? After that, no one from reception was available to help us, and my emails were ignored even afterward. The towels weren't changed during the entire duration of our stay (Thursday-Monday). Overall, disappointing!
