It was overall a very nice stay until the last day. For some reason my bed sheet wasn’t changed since I spotted a stain I saw the day before and my hair was still on the bed. It looked like the housekeeper only made the bed without changing the bed sheets. Also my toilet wasn’t cleaned either and it started to smell really bad after the day 2. There is no way of contacting the reception desk from the room and it is way too inconvenient as the building I was staying was 1 min walk from the main building and there was no elevator. The reception desk ladies were super friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool, bar and breakfast were quite nice and hotel is located right in front of the sea so I could definitely enjoy the view from the balcony. I do recommend it but just be needy and get your rooms cleaned properly 🤣

This hotel was lovely. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing holiday then this is the place to go. It’s a very well maintained hotel and clean all around. There’s a beautiful beach about 15 min walk away and there’s lots of other walking routes too which take you to some beautiful locations nearby. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We especially liked the entertainment team Clemence and Felix. They were brilliant and we always had a good laugh with them when it came to the entertainment side of things. They were very friendly and we cannot fault them! The food was also lovely. Very well prepared and always so nice each day. The only thing we found was that there wasn’t much selection for lunch and dinner. If you’re used to larger buffets like we are this is quite small but we still enjoyed it. At dinner there was always something new to have which was nice and it’s freshly prepared. There is also a pool bar but if you go all inclusive you have to pay for the food from there which we didn’t like. We felt there could’ve been a selection for the all inclusive guests. The only other thing to mention is that the hotel is quite far away from the airport and the main palma area so if you’re looking to do any excursions be prepared to travel as it’s quite a remote hotel but it’s in a lovely quiet area. It just depends on what you’re looking for. Overall, this was a brilliant holiday for relaxing which was exactly what we wanted. ☺️

Nous recherchions exactement ce type de séjour, dans un hôtel cocooning, avec un service personnalisé et dans un cadre préservé et hors du temps. Et nous avons trouvé tout cela au Vistamar de Portocolom !!! un hôtel extrêmement propre et bien tenu, une chambre suite junior très confortable pour le séjour de la semaine, une restauration fraîche et variée dans un cadre avec vue fabuleuse et surtout une équipe très investie et charmante. Nous recommandons vraiment cet établissement aux couples et familles qui recherchent calme, authenticité et ambiance soft.

Hotel propre bien entretenu. Personnel adorable. Hôtel avec vue magnifique sur le port . Promenades possibles à pied à 2 pas de l hotel ( aller à pied par les rochers jusqu'à la plage ,admirer l eau turquoise...). Très bien pour celui qui aime la nature. Rien à dire sur les repas: poisson très bien préparé ainsi que les légumes. Petit déjeuner copieux

La ubicación perfecta. La limpieza, buena. El personal, lo mejor. Educado, amable, predispuesto. La comida... Nefasta. Variedad inexistente. Los vinos no se podían beber. Puede que para clientes extranjeros funcione, pero para españoles, absolutamente no.
