An average stay. I booked through the hotel website and specifcally asked for a quiet room. Thinking this wouldn't be an issue as they advertise the rooms as "soundproof" we were pleasntly suprised when we arrived (albeit the weather was awful) to find a nicely furnished hotel and friendly staff. However, the first night of our stay the people in the room next door were up partying until 5am and we could hear everything. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but by the third night (our last night) and another night of VERY loud guests who reception told us we should have a chat with and that they would be charged we requested to move rooms and were moved to a smaller room (we'd paid for the larger one) on the other side of the hotel. Not ideal. It's also worth nothing that this hotel is not waterproof, it was raining a lot and was leaking inside the spa and the reception where part of the roof caved in. The spa was nice but the jacuzzi was not heated and as there is no dress code some guests were naked which felt a little inappropriate when it was a mixed spa with children in it. The food was ok and the onsite restaurant D Bar was good, if not a little overpriced for the quality. The pool bar was also just ok and breakfast when we ordered it, was a little cold. All in all for a 4 star hotel, I wouldn't stay again. it's fine, but not the special trip we were hoping for.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I noticed a concerning pattern in how rooms were allocated to Asian guests. It all happened the first morning I was with the hotel. I was sipping my coffee and looked around aimlessly. It was a late morning when everyone is up and stretching and trying to wake up on their balcony. It suddenly occurred to me that all the Asian faces are (around 4-5 or them) on the lower floors (1st or 2nd floors assuming ground floor is the first floor), while all the European faces appear on higher floors. What are the odds? While the hotel may argue that room assignments are random and we Asians are just “unlucky”, this clear divide made me feel that we were not given the same level of priority. As a paying customer, I believe all guests should be treated equally, regardless of nationality. I hope the hotel reconsiders its practices to ensure fair treatment for all guests in the future. 姐妹们快跑吧，这家酒店种真的不值得！中国人不骗中国人！马略卡好酒店那么多何必花钱找不自在！

Kitchenette is leaking for 2nd time, floor wet on the morning. On arrival the toilet was loose. We wanted to change room but no. This place is way too expensive for this treatment. The receptionist is rude and they have no service-instinct. Tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel manager is hiding and gave us responce in email. This place have no pride! The view and the pool area is nice, but the room was bad smelling and gross so these days has been a bad experience overall. Feel gaslighted, they act like the problems with the room is not a problem , they make us the problem. Hospitality at its best? Theyre motto is a big scam. And: - The air condition is placed on the balcony creating a lot of noise making it not nice to sit outside - We were not able to lock the balcony doors because the lock was broken -The tiles on the bathroom where broken so we are unsure if the doors who still hang -I had to take a shower in the spa because the bathroom got so wet every time we took a shower water all over the place - The toilet was still wiggly after the technician tried to fix it I don’t know how it is to work in a place like this, but the vibe was not good.
