It is new, they are very useful and comfortable, clean and beautiful mini apartments. There are some bars around it but no local products and you need a car if you stay there.

The rooms are a great size, and super clean. All staff really friendly. Pool area a nice size, and spa area an added touch. The gym looked very good for a hotel gym, with cable machines, bench, rack etc.
Food could be more varied, but was perfectly tasty.

Voor de t****e keer terug naar dit hotel én nog steeds fijn. Vriendelijk personeel, spreken goed Engels, prima eten, kamers zijn top. Zwembad heerlijk, vooral het kinder gedeelte voor onze dochter van 4. Aanrader. Strand op loopafstand met leuke lunch tentjes, ook wat lekkere restaurants, ijssalon (Puro Gelato) in de buurt van het hotel. Portocolom is klein, niet erg druk (het was nog geen hoogseizoen). Voor ons heerlijk, maar als je liever een boulevard wilt en levendig centrum? Dan kan je beter niet naar Portocolom denk ik :)

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gepflegte Anlage die nicht zu überlaufen war. Sehr nettes und kinderfreundliches Personal. Gute Lage mit Strand, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einziger negativer Punkt war, dass nach vorne zum Meer raus die Bars direkt am Hotel bis in die Nacht sehr laut waren. Wenn man mit offen Fenster schläft, lieber nicht das Zimmer nach vorne raus nehmen.

Really lovely hotel, very clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.Great pool area with plenty of sun beds. They have a really nice children’s pool with water slides too. Nice touch when late on arrival in the early hours they had left some food, salad cheese and cold meats available for us

Recently stayed here with a group of family, including two toddlers. The hotel is in a great location, right by a harbour with a variety of restaurants all in walking distance. When we stayed, it was very quiet out and about. The hotel itself, quite modern, a nice variety at breakfast time. The pool had plenty of sunbeds available, and for two young toddlers around the age of 2, the pool area was ideal. The little slide was great, and a park. There is a pool bar with food which was always nice. There is some evening entertainment, and also a few activities some days for children. We had a really lovely time and would return.

This place is a complete SCAM. I booked a stay for May, which I had to cancel. I received written confirmation that I’d be refunded within a month. Guess what? It’s been over a month, still no refund !!!! Trying to contact the hotel is a joke. No one answers, and when they do, they claim there’s no record of the cancellation — even though I have the email proof. Then they just hang up on me. No explanation, no apology, nothing. For a hotel that dares to call itself “4 stars,” this level of dishonesty and disrespect is shameful. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Vivimos en Mallorca y fuimos a pasar un fin de semana de relax en familia a este hotel. Elegimos este por tener spa. Sin embargo, no pudimos disfrutar de él. La piscina "climatizada" tenía el agua a 27ºC, más fría que la piscina exterior. Y la sauna y jacuzzi estaban apagados, había que avisar previamente para que lo prepararan, aunque nadie nos había informado de ello. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas para 4 personas. Y con mucho ruido que venía de los restaurantes de la plaza, justo debajo de nuestra habitación. Había que dormir con la ventana cerrada, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, así que hacía muchísimo calor. En resumen, muy mala experiencia.
