EXCEPT OF GOOD LOCATION, THERE IS NOTHING TO RECCOMEND.TERRIBLE, DIRTY, OLD FASHIONED ROOMS, ALL THE FURNITURE DESTROYED AND SMELLY.I AM A GM OF 4 *HOTEL AND THOSE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH 4 STARS.SCRAMBLED EGGS FROM POWDER WITH LIGHT WHITE AND YELLOW COLOUR. PAPER SAUSAGES AND MEAT- TASTELESS.UNPLEASANT STAFF- WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT GUESTS- FEEL LIKE WE WERE DISTURBING THEM AT THE PROPERTY.SHAME TUI - I THOUGHT THAT CHOICE OF THE HOTELS YOU CHOOSE IS BETTER QUALITY.ALL THE MANAGEMENT AND EMPYEES NEED A LOT OF TRAINING REGARDING HOSPITALITY AND GUEST SERVICES. MW

This hotel is in a fabulous location, very close to a wonderful, accessible beach. Plenty of sunbeds around both pool areas. The gym is small but has a reasonable number of options. The animation team work hard and provide a varied level of entertainment, and there is music around the pool area between 10.30am and mid afternoon. The hotel is a little bit tired in places, but overall it is clean and tidy. WiFi is free and works fine. The staff are generally good, with some exceptions towards excellence and jobsworthiness. I developed a good rapport with one barman who initially seemed a little grumpy, but after a few smiles and me making an effort trying to speak Spanish he opened up a little and was actually good fun. The other end of the scale is another barman who refused to make drinks that weren't on the drinks menu even though the ingredients were there and included in the all inclusive package. Water is available in bottles from the bars but not free after 11pm. There are rules and once you know them, you need to go with them. Seems pretty silly though. Service levels need some work in some areas, smiles are free to give and are worth a lot. Breakfast options were varied and plentiful, but let down by the hot breakfast items never being hot, only ever lukewarm at best and sometimes actually stone cold (eg scrambled and baked beans). Lots of pastries, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, lots of non-dairy milks if that is your thing too. Coffee was ok once we'd found our favourite option of the 10 or more coffee buttons. Juices were from a machine, nice and cold. The restaurant table staff are good, clearing plates efficiently and setting up clean ones quickly. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Poor reception on arrival ie stern faced “ Jaune” had a problem on his computer. Eventually we got a “ you’re in this room and take your pink ticket with you “ The room was an odd open plan bed- bathroom - toilet so don’t expect total privacy. Coffee machine, cups and tea making but NO tea or coffee products ! ? Bad nights sleep due to noise of other guests + plumbing etc. Breakfast had no breakfast tea ( again 😳😅) and not great food. It did though have two helpful staff. Check out was a “ that’s all done “ and no questions asked so here is the feedback. £120 for one night… poor value. As a seasoned traveller worldwide I Would Not recommend

I Booked my holiday on Loveholidays. Hotel is old and needs refurbishment horrible management unfriendly staff don’t care about customer satisfaction and service. Stay away from this hotel and from Loveholidays booking services horrible service and customer care.
