I got a renovated room, very nice, keep in mind that the toilet has a transparent glass door. The floor was dirty, I asked to wash it, but they only swept it, and it remained dirty. After contacting the reception, the floor was washed, but the next day they only swept it again. There was no blanket in the room, I felt cold at night, I could not sleep, I went down to the reception for a blanket, they said that there were no blankets, but after my sad eyes, the employee gave me his blanket. There are no bathrobes, shampoos and hair conditioners in the rooms, nowhere to hang towels. The hotel has animation, quite strange. But the hotel is ideally located, next to a beautiful beach, where people come from all over the city to swim. The staff is friendly, the people are nice. I arrived after the HM hotel and it was much better in aesthetics and cleanliness. The breakfasts were not varied, quite sad. I do not want to return to this hotel

The hotel facilities, food, and staff were 10/10! And the location was also unbeatable, with the Cala nearby.

It's much better than expected. It's right next to the beach. Since we drove, we found it quite convenient. The room is very clean. Someone will clean it every morning. It will be cleaned after breakfast. Breakfast will be changed every day. The front desk is also very friendly. I stayed for three days and the experience was very good.

Wir sind noch im Urlaub hier und genießen den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind neu möbliert und sehr gemütlich. Das gesamte Hotelteam ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Am Buffet gibt es eine große Auswahl an leckerem Essen. Der wunderschöne Strand befindet sich gegenüber vom Hotel. Uns gefällt es hier sehr gut. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

À éviter : rapport qualité/prix inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles. Le personnel fait de son mieux, la literie est confortable, les piscines agréables et la localisation idéale. La décoration donne une bonne première impression… mais cela ne tient pas longtemps. La communication est inexistante : aucune info sur les horaires des repas ou animations. Les finitions des chambres sont indignes : mastic apparent, peinture bâclée, plâtre et colle sur les murs, fils électriques visibles, pas de verres, pas de cintres, rien pour poser ses affaires dans la douche ni pour faire sécher les serviettes. Tout le monde les accroche au balcon… Les repas en demi-pension sont très inégaux : parfois un buffet correct, parfois rien de disponible. Pas d’étiquettes sur les plats, service lent car sous-staffé, attente de 20 minutes pour une table, parfois il faut se débrouiller seul. Le week-end, c’est l’usine. Le pire : des travaux très bruyants, impossibles à ignorer. Notre fille de 2 ans ne pouvait pas faire la sieste. Et surtout, deux intrusions non annoncées dans notre chambre par un ouvrier, ayant déplacé nos affaires sans autorisation ! La direction ne s’excuse même pas : “c’est comme ça”. Aucun contrôle aux entrées : des personnes extérieures viennent se baigner et créer du désordre. Une semaine à 2000 € et seulement 5 € de geste commercial. C’est une honte. L’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions. Passez votre chemin : à ce prix-là, vous trouverez bien mieux ailleurs.

Buena situación y buen establecimiento, el único pero es la total ausencia de amenities en el cuarto de baño, algo cada vez más habitual en los hoteles, con la excusa de la sostenibilidad. Un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería tener únicamente un bote de gel con dosificador adosado a la pared de la ducha y dos pastillas de jabón en el lavabo, no había ni un simple peine. Una práctica de muchos hoteles de reducir servicios pero elevar los precios del alojamiento

Terminamos nuestros 10 días de vacaciones, personal de 10,amabilidad y buen servicio, hotel recién restaurado, habitaciones muy bonitas (nuevas ) al igual que el nuevo bar piscina recién inaugurado , merece la pena el todo incluido ,cafe,refrescos … nada de máquinas ,todo en botella,la comida es a la carta , buen género en el producto ,buen jefe de cocina , gracias al personal , los dos chicos camareros del bar piscina y el bar del interior ,gracias Dani por tu amabilidad y cercanía ,es un sitio tranquilo con una cala a 50 mts del hotel , recomendamos el chiringuito de la playa donde se come muy bien y la atención del personal es muy buena . He visitado muchos hoteles todos ellos de 4 * y sin duda este es el más completo
