Royal Marina Suites Boutique Hotel

We stayed here for a week for a bit of relaxation as I had just retired. Wow !!! What a place, view from our room was amazing and everything was spotless. Everyone was so friendly and we loved the breakfast in the morning. Restaurants in the marina were very good so we didn’t venture too far . We enjoyed it so much we have booked to come back in October for my birthday.

We stayed here for 10 nights in July 2025 having previously stayed for 5 nights in July 2023. The Breakfast is the best and you get exactly what you choose. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. The hotel prides themselves on cleanliness and the place is immaculate. Around the pool is quiet and relaxing with no music and comfortable loungers. We hired a car for our 10 nights and had a few days out exploring and went to some neighbouring resorts in the evenings for dinner. We did eat at the marina a few nights also. We are looking at returning next year around the same time, just waiting on the hotel giving us a price to book with them directly. One recommendation I would suggest is to have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers on the wall as the small ones that housekeeping leave are very small and don’t always get replaced. Would definitely recommend for couples for a relaxing vacation.

When we arrived I was expecting a complementary drink but sadly that didn't materialise. The room wasn't ready ( which is fair enough we were early ) we weren't offered towels to sit by the pool or anywhere to store our cases or a quick explanation of where the pool was , restaurant etc. The room was excellent and spacious ( massive shout out for the cleaners so helpful and cheerful whose towel sculptures were so impressive) The rainfall shower in the bathroom was pretty good. Just a word of warning if you put the light on in the bathroom you can see in through the glass from the outside. Breakfast was good and in pleasant surroundings. We didn't eat at the pop up bar for lunch so can not comment but I'm assuming it was good. The pool area was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. One complaint would be towards the guests that reserved the loungers ( and then usually disappeared for hours) making it impossible some days to actually get by the pool. The management team should do something about this. It takes 5-10 mins to walk to the Marina ( up and down 43 steps👍) but you can continue to walk alone the promenade if you don't want to do the stairs. There are plenty of nice restaurants there and reasonably priced. All in all this hotel is relaxing, clean and super quiet and I can't recommend it enough.

Sadly our last full day today . Such a beautiful hotel. Rooms very spacious with huge bathroom .all rooms have double balconies with sun loungers and table / chairs , overlooking the pool and sea . Pool lovely with jacuzzi, lots of sunbeds available. A huge thank u to all cleaning staff ,our room and the hotel was absolutely spotless . Thank you to to the staff who made and served bfasts and who also worked in the pool bar . Reception staff were also very professional and happy staff . A great hotel team . We had such a fabulous time that we’ve already booked again ! Looking forward to coming back July 2026 ! X Huge thanks to everyone x

I hesitate to award this hotel five stars along with most other reviews, because everyone will want to go. Nearly all we spoke to when we were there were already returnees, and most, including us, intend to go back. Spotless, friendly and obliging staff, quiet, great rooms, handy for nearby restaurants - what’s not to like? Tiniest criticism - while housekeeping staff maintained the rooms to an exceptionally high standard, they were a bit remiss at topping up sugar, cream, toiletries, even toilet rolls, but, hey, nothing is perfect.

Wonderful little hotel, spotless, friendly staff, excellent rooms and only 5min walk to bars/restaurants and the marina.
