The hotel is dated in parts and our room was a little tired although it was a superior room we overlooked wasteland and nort a sunny sea view we expected.
However, the room was clean and the public areas spacious

Stayed here all inclusive for 6 nights with my girlfriend, all in all very nice hotel. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options even for fussy eaters. Drinks were very good plenty of options including cocktails, some more drinks available if you go all inclusive plus but we didn’t feel it was necessary. Pools were good and had activities everyday including an inflatable crash course one day. Piano bar was very nice in the evening especially when the Jazz player was on he was excellent. Service was amazing shoutout to Mustafa who was brilliant all holiday. Dinner was hit and miss, sometimes it was brilliant like the Asian night but other nights weren’t as great. The free shuttle bus to Puerto Del Carmen was a great touch from the hotel and we used it every day plenty of space on the bus. I would recommend this hotel more for families although it is good for couples as well with the spa and chill out area by the piano bar.

Viernes noche, 25 de julio, una noche inolvidable. La noche del patrón de España, San Santiago. La pista de baile exterior del Hotel Costa Calero vibraba con la música y ambientazo de por lo menos 300 personas bailando y disfrutando de la música en directo. Camacho y su equipo fantástico de animación además de los camareros de bar nos hicieron pasar una noche de las mejores que se puede imaginar. Todas las naciones unidas bajo una lema, disfrutar una noche cálida de verano de la mejor manera posible. Bailando, cantando, disfrutando. Una iniciativa que esperemos que se repita. Olé al Hotel Costa Calero.

We are here at the moment and have visited many times. Last night for the first time the band ‘Anthology’ played outside, there was an outdoor mojito bar and seating for all guests. It was AMAZING, fantastic atmosphere and entertainment. Compliments to ALL staff who made this happen. This hotel never disappoints all staff are great but for us the animation team need a special mention they are hard working and brilliant at their job and every year make our holiday better

Super hotel! The animation, with Camacho as their leader, is really FANTASTIC!! Last night there was a really super band, Anthology, and they playes outside. The public was very happy and we all were dancing. Great night!

Overall, a great stay - very relaxing! The hotel is spacious and clean. We booked the All-Inclusive Prestige package and enjoyed the perks, such as the separate sunbed area, separate dining area, daily spa access, and premium drinks. We also really enjoyed the à la carte restaurant, which was included. Our room was really spacious, with a huge balcony and lovely pool and sea views. There was plenty of storage, comfy beds, and the minibar was restocked daily. I also liked the Clarin’s toiletries. The food was good, although a bit repetitive at lunchtime. Evening meals were better, with plenty of choice. In Prestige drinks were served to your table with a great selection of wine. The local marina was nice, with a few shops, restaurants, and bars - we enjoyed a couple of meals and drinks out. It’s a very short walk, but very steep! The hotel is close to the airport which is handy. We booked a private transfer, and it only took 15 minutes. There were no queues at Lanzarote Airport either, so our whole travel experience was straightforward. The only downside for the hotel was the lack of atmosphere - no music anywhere, and all evening entertainment was held indoors, which made things feel a bit flat. Overall an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

What a beautiful hotel facilities are brilliant 3 pools an a kids pool all adult pools are big plenty of sun beds around pools also in nice grassed areas as well they have also made a beach next to one of the pools as it's not a beach resort as it's in a beautiful marina nice bar to get cold drinks in the day an nice bar for evening with a roof top seating area also as a fantastic spa we had a couples program with a 70 min massage amazing lovely food plenty of choice nice an clean our room was lovely nice views over one of the pools an then sea the cleaner for our room was fantastic (loli) will definitely go back

In the 10 days I was there, I was yet to see the pool being cleaned. There a bag that lay in the pool for a good few hours before a holiday marker moved it their self's. There was also a straw that sat at the edge of the pool for a totally for 3 days. Cups stand at the side of days without being moved and that’s not to mention the colour of the sunbeds. Multiple things that I noticed, that made the pool area seem ever un clean. On one of the comments it says the pool was cleaned daily but I didn’t see this happening once and I was up early enough. Overall the hotel was lovely but the pool area let it down.
