overall Amatique Bay Hotel was underwhelming. Their restaurant was under construction and was not allowed to eat on top floor but you could take photos--food was over priced and bland. Our room was presented in photos as a studio with a refrigerator/sink/cooking area however upon arrival were informed that photos were incorrect. Neighbors were loud past 10pm. Room service was underwhelming (ordered Macho Nachos and Pepperoni Pizza) not enough meat and pizza was definitely previously frozen. Staff could be friendlier and more invested in customer experience

Pasamos una estadía muy tranquila, lejos del bullicio de la ciudad... La atención del personal es muy buena y las cabañas son muy agradables y cómodas.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, muy limpio y espacios amplios para caminar, pero la cantidad de insectos es insoportable, entre zancudos, moscos y algunos otros, con mis compañeros regresamos con más de cien piquetes cada uno. Por todo lo demás muy bien, comida, piscina y parqueos.

Hotel facilities are average, the beds are extremely comfortable, the beach and pool are pretty nice, but food it’s not good at all for what you expect in an hotel that it’s supposed to be exceptional. I do not recommend eating anything else other than a breakfast

Buenas tardes quiero comentar fui a una boda el 29 de marzo ,pero la verdad el lugar está muy bonito pero lamentablemente el servicio pecimo mal servicio la cocina tenía cucarachas no me dieron factura de la Avitacion la verdad no lo recomiendo. Ordené desayuno y se tardaron hora y media para llevarlo en el restaurante malicimo tan agrande los costos y mal servicio fue la primera vez que fui per me desepcione del servicio lástima que no tienen buenos administradores .
