The Royal Galapagos inn is very nice, but apart from a great breakfast, it offers very little beyond what other places in town offer for slightly less than half the price. Most disappointing are the showers, where hot water is a trickle at best, and control of water temperature (which keeps changing without you touching the taps) is impossible
The rooms are large and clean with no amenities, though the air conditioning works well, if you get a sea view, then the view is obviously great. Beds are not very comfortable.
Breakfast is the high point, simple, but ample, with great fruits, horrible coffee, very good, fresh hot buns, and wonderful fruit juice together with scrambled egg and granola. The staff is friendly and helpful
