La habitación single es demasiado pequeña para el precio, además de quedar en plena escalera, lo que la hace demasiado ruidosa, ruido toda la noche. El aseo horrible, baño lleno de pelos, la cama nunca la hicieron bien. Horrible para lo que cobran. Punto bueno, el restoran, aunque también es caro, vale la pena, al igual que el bar

Muy cómodo y cálido hotel. El restaurant delicioso y todo bien preparado aunque sin mucha variedad. La vista es hermosa y muy buena ubicación. El único detalle fue que con las duchas que estaban algo tapadas y el agua bajaba lento pero el personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Se agradecen instalaciones de calidad en la ciudad de Puerto aysen, hotel ideal para descansar. La carta del restaurante es variada y las preparaciones muy ricas. buena presentación. hacen buffet ciertos dias. personalmente recomiendo todo lo que es "de la casa" como la hamburguesa o los licores preparados artesanalmente, para darse un gusto.
