Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april.
The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi
Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!

He estado 4 o 5 veces ya en este hotel, y tengo que decir que todas han sido muy positivas, tanto las diferentes habitaciones como el personal de recepción, restaurante o balneario, pero después de pasar este fin de semana en el hotel quisiera comentar que está es en la que peor estado estaba la habitacion. La mayoria de las veces costaba mucho abrir la puerta porque la jamba de la puerta estaba suelta y no hacia contacto la tarjeta, el grifo del lavabo no tragaba el agua, el jabón de manos desde el primer día suelto en la encimera, y la mampara de la ducha costaba mucho moverla. El segundo dia se cayó un trozo de rodapie de la entrada, y la pared abuhardillada tenía humedad, que para el tema del asma y alergias es bastante incómodo. Es una pena porque es un sitio que me gustaba mucho Quisiera que quedara constancia de todo ello. y lo peor de todo es la contestación, en la que me decían que podía habérselo comunicado a la salida y que mi habitación parecía "el mayor de los desastres" con cierto tono ironico. Realmente fueron varios los correos que envié y que nadie me contestó antes de publicar la reseña. y sí realmente fue el mayor de los desastres, en un hotel de tanta categoría.

La comida es monótona y sosa, muy sosa, para un menú del día normalito y caro -33 euros- que ni siquiera incluye agua y cuyas opciones son sin excepción las mismas que ofertan en el buffet de la cena. El acceso de 2 h. al balneario es caro, 34 euros si se está alojado en el hotel y 40 euros persona y día si no se está alojado, si bien están incluidas dos sesiones por persona en el precio de un paquete de 5 días de estancia.

Es una pena que unas fantásticas instalaciones y un servicio estupendo, lo hechen a perder por el EXCESO DE RUIDO en las habitaciones procedente de la cafetería de la planta baja, una pena pero el ruido hasta las 24 horas y a las 7 de la mañana empezaba de nuevo.
