Ideal setting for nature lovers. Comfortable facilities, ideal spa, very complete in its system, well organized. Good cafeteria-restaurant service. Very quiet location and well connected.

The air conditioning service in the room was disastrous. We were forced to sleep with the windows open, making it impossible to lower the temperature in the room. The accommodation was in the parallel facilities they have in the spa hotel, disastrous.

Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april.
The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi
Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!

El recibimiento por parte de la persona de recepcion fue nefasto, daban ganas de darse la vuelta pensando que el resto del personal iba a ser tan "poco amable". Afortunadamente todo lo contrario, el resto del personal, templo del agua, balneario, restaurante, persona que nos hizo el check out simplemente de 10. Lastima que la bienvenida fuera mas bien una malvenida... la estancia fue en fin de semana y la verdad que para mi gusto, habia mucha gente. Sobretodo en el restaurante tanto en la cena como en el desayuno. La cena cambiamos al restaurante a la carta para estar mas tranquilos y muy muy bueno, un acierto, merece la pena el suplemento pagado Mas bien la veo como una estancia de disfrute y no de relax

El pueblo un coñazo. Pero vamos a la importante, el balneario está muy bien, tiempo más que recomendable. Masajes como extras . Por dios!!!, pongan a masajistas que ya que carecen de estudios de fisioterapia muchas de ellas, sean comunicativas y den los masajes con "cariño", y no como si estuvieran fregando platos. Pedí un Paracetamol al hotel ( porque yo soy muy precavida, y llevo casi siempre, pero está vez se me olvidó, de ahí el casi). Me dijo la de recepción que según la Ley del medicamento está prohibido dispensar NADA a los clientes, ni aún diciendo que no eres alérgica a dicho medicamento. Señores , procuren no ponerse malos en días festivos porque o estoy equivocada o mucho me temo que el pueblo más cercano es Vargas o Torrelavega, y para cuando lleguen los mismo no llegan.... Para su tranquilidad, poseen un botiquín, y un desfibrilador. Por lo demás, estupenda la estancia y la profesionalidad de sus empleados.

Este hotel es espectacular y el balneario también .Lo único que podría comentar en negativo es el tema del desayuno que está genial si no eres intolerante al gluten y se limita más.....Para la categoría que tiene el hotel ,yo elaboraría más los desayunos para celíacos ya que está última vez que estuve las galletas eran del Mercadona y no si quiera las sacaron del envase original ....Quedaba un poco cutre.Por lo demás ,me encanta todo ....Las habitaciones ,la tranquilidad,los alrededores ,el balneario....Todo genial .
