Easy to find, nice and clean, pretty room with comfy bed, friendly staff. I really liked the huge photos and interesting bathroom design. Everything worked fine, from the heater to the wifi and television. Would definitely stay again!!!!

They have hot juice substitute and prepackaged Danish for breakfast. Extremely rude breakfast clerk. Horrible beds/pillows. And even broken furniture in the room. I was horribly disappointed. Pay the extra few dollars if you can and stay elsewhere!

Horrible place. Arrived and left immediately. Did NOT and would NOT stay here. Surly receptionist. No elevators. Imagine dragging your luggage up three flights of stairs. People hanging around in parking lot that didn’t appear to be guests of the hotel. Receptionist essentially called me a liar when I told him I’d called and asked for a first floor room

I usually dont write these...this was borderline the shining...the door wouldn't latch so anyone could walk right in. My friend who was staying nights is a heavy smoker and that's what we were apparently doing in the bathroom...ended up getting kicked out, I guess feces smears on the base of the sink is ok though.....smh. I forgot to take pics.

Quiet, clean hotel with easy interstate access. Multiple food locations nearby. Ample parking. The staff were prompt with any questions I had and there were plenty of security cameras on the premise. I had no complaints.

Breakfast could of been better. I stayed here 3 times. No complaints. I will stay here again. Its located in the best spot of Pueblo Colorado. Staff is friendly Everytime I visit. Be back next month for another stay.

We had checked out of another hotel due to deplorable conditions, in contrast thia hotel was newly renovated, clean, smelled nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our stay pleasant. We were in a lot better condition the next day
