O hotel é bom, entrega exatamente o que está divulgado. Os quartos são bem apertados, decoração bonita, roupa de cama branquinha e toalhas confortáveis. O estacionamento é bem apertado e limitado. Café da manhã simples e gostoso, especialmente os ovos que estavam saborosos. Atendentes bem simpáticos e atenciosos. A parte mais complicada ficou por conta do Bar/Restaurante ao lado do hotel, com aquela caixa de música alta e som infernal até bem tarde, no mínimo meia noite. Quem precisa descansar, ou não tolera som alto como nós foi EXTREMAMENTE ESTRESSANTE é DESAGRADÁVEL, inclusive o atendente confirmou que o volume do som estava muito alto em nosso apartamento.; ficamos nó à apartamento 205. O atendente do hotel foi muito atencioso informou que era bastante silencioso, mas somente beeem tarde da noite. Para quem precisa de sossego NÃO recomendo. A localização ótima, pode-se ir a pé para restaurantes, bares, e toda infraestrutura do centro de Pucón necessária, inclusive pertinho das praias.

Hotel bem localizado, sendo possível visitar a pé os principais lugares da cidade! Mas não há acessibilidade… Quarto pequeno (muito), mal cabiam as malas (casal)… e muita escada! Mas estava LIMPO e tinha ar condicionado… E fui bem recebido… recepcionista gentil e sempre atenciosa (uma pessoa apenas na portaria - mas 24hs)… a proposta do hotel (me pareceu) é atender solteiros e jovens!

Estadia perfeita
Locaizado no centro da cidade, tudo faz a pé. Deixe o carro estacionado praticamente todos os dias. As recepcionistas são mais do que perfeitas, nos atenderam em pedido de café antes do horário, visto que subiríamos o Vulcão cedinho. Uma fala inglês perfeito e a que fala espanhol faz o melhor para nos comunicar.
