Estuvimos el fin de semana pasado con mi pareja y fue una experiencia digna de felicitar y compartir, el hotel es espectacular, totalmente centrico y con unas vistas espectaculares al volcan, las habitaciones impecables con todo lo necesario, y si necesitábamos algo el personal super dispuesto a ayudar, recepción y todos super, muy recomendable

Nós chegamos antes do horário de check-in e foi permitido que nos instalássemos. A cidade estava tranquila porque não é temporada. Quando fizemos o check-out, como era muito cedo, prepararam um café da manhã para levarmos conosco e achamos isso carinhoso. O quarto estava bem limpo, a cama e o banho confortáveis. A cama era grande e a roupa de cama estava satisfatória. Tudo joia! A localização é perfeita! Dá para fazer tudo a pé. O café da manhã era simples, mas era o suficiente, as instalações são bem decoradas e charmosas para um casal. O mesmo proprietário é dono do Hotel Gerônimo, que fica ao lado, e por um imprevisto, tomamos café no Gerônimo, que tem entrada compartilhada, tudo bem, isso não é problema algum! A área do café do Gerônimo é muito bonita e quentinha, a Elisabeth foi muito atenciosa também. Há elevador e não é necessário subir escadas com malas. Para o tamanho de Pucón, creio que este seja um dos melhores hoteis locais para um casal que queira apenas um lugar aconchegante para descansar e recompor as energias. Recomendo e voltaria a me instalar no Martina de Goñi, caso retorne a Pucón.

Never have I had such exceptional customer service in a hotel. Cristina was amazing and helped us with restaurant and spa recommendations, she arranged difficult transfers for us with exceptionally kind drivers whom all spoke perfect english. She really set the 'high-bar' for excellence customer service in every way. Cristina made our trip to Pucon every better!! Thank you very much, Deb and Scott Biddinger

We started our stay out poorly. Our travel agent had booked us a "standard" room, but it didn't have AC, and the window opened on to a main street. Not acceptable. Luckily, we were able to upgrade to a "superior" room (for $45 USD additional!) that was larger, had AC, and a beautiful view of the volcano. The whole property had the feel of faded glory. Breakfast was decent, with eggs cooked to order. Everything was very clean, and the small refrigerator in the room was very welcome. The AC worked great to keep us cool, especially at night. The rooftop patio had fabulous views of the city and volcano, especially at night. WiFi was fast everywhere. Location was just 2 blocks off the main street for restaurants, shops and bars.

Para empezar: 1. Al llegar nos quieren cambiar el precio comprometido por su misma página. Que finalmente fue solucionado, pero la forma del trato de la recepcionista dejó bastante que desear. 2. Llegamos 50 min antes del horario del check in, estando el hotel vacío nos dice la recepcionista que no se puede realizar el check in antes, 0 intención de mantener un cliente. 3. Llegamos a la habitación y no tenía habilitada la luz. 4. No tuvimos agua caliente durante la estadía, con la excusa de que las cañerías demoran en calentar, estuvimos más de una hora con el agua prendida. Al día siguiente y siguiente nos pasa lo mismo. 5. Desayuno, con pan añejoy los dulces el el mismo estado. 0 preocupación por un desayuno de buena calidad para el costo de la habitación. 6. No parece un hotel, no hay recepcionista fijo en el lugar, parece un hostal. Para finalizar, aún que la atención de un par de personas fue un 7, le pondría 2/10. Respecto a los masajes 100% recomendables! Por precios menores, en Pucon se pueden encontrar lugares mucho mejores.

We stayed one night here prior to starting a Trek Travel bike trip in the region. This hotel was totally delightful, from the quiet, well appointed rooms, to the breakfast and very helpful staff, who made an excellent dinner recommendation and booked a taxi for us the next morning.
