This hotel had better days 😬. It is being renovated but they need about 5 years of work to compete with others at the same price and more modern.

Pucon Hotel Enjoy esperaba mejor calidad versus precio , habitación doble ..ducha HONGOS mal muy mal,torre ducha averiada,a valorizar …personal muy amable …hotel falta mantenimiento es evidente pisos,piscinas exteriores , departamentos entorno de igual forma. Desayuno contundente bueno. Valores de comida aceptable Estadía 7 días

En general fue una buena experiencia, el personal de la recepción y las mucamas nada que decir, sin embargo, quienes están en el desayuno no están para nada preocupados del buffet. Las cosas se enfrían, se acaban o no hay servicios para poder recoger los alimentos y hay que estar viendo a quien pedirle ayuda. Hay varias muchachas y muchachos, pero a lo únicos que se dedican es a conversar. No están pendientes de ayudar. Mejorar la calidad del café de grano, estaba malísimo. Nada que decir de la limpieza de las habitaciones.

Partiendo por la recepción, fue una excelente atención por parte de los chicos (botones) qué fueron a estacionar el jeep, descargaron equipaje y lo llevaron hasta la habitación. La habitación en si, muy cómoda, pero el servicio de mucama el tercer día fue horrible, llegamos a las 15 hrs desoues de una larga mañana de caminata, y almuerzo abundante quisimos llegar a dormir una siesta, y la habitación aun no estaba hecha, tuvimos que volver a salir y volvimos a las 17 hrs, y vimos que recién habían terminado la habitación, al entrar no habían repuesto el papel higiénico, ni jabón shampoo ni nada de eso, tuve que pedir por segunda vez a recepción para que trajeran solo jabón. El desayuno, ultra abundante, variado y rico, 10/10. En general el hotel es antiguo, pero es bueno, fueron 4 días que del 1 al 10 les doy un 8.5

Os quartos não tem isolamento acústico e você escuta o ronco e a conversa do vizinho ao lado. Acorda com crianças chorando do quarto ao lado. Os funcionários trabalham com má vontade. A janela do meu quarto estava quebrada e enfrentei uma via Crucis para poder trocar de quarto. Experiência ruim. Hotel velho e sem manutenção.

Es el primer enjoy que me ha decepcionado, en primer lugar el desayuno es terrible, miles de personas, todos chocando, no hay mesas, gente que parece q vienen de afuera a solo desayunar y es realmente incómodo. Te dicen que el hotel tiene estacionamiento, pero está a una cuadra del hotel, en un lugar abierto, donde ni siquiera tiene una pasada directa hasta el hotel, hay q estacionar el auto y volver caminando empapados por la lluvia, porque los estacionamientos que están cerca solo los pueden usar los departamentos que están el lado del hotel. Nuestra habitación oscura y helada, la calefacción no estaba buena y tuvimos que reclamar, hasta que por lo menos la arreglaron. Pero lo que mas me cargó fue el tema del desayuno, es muy desagradable con esa cantidad de gente.

Personal que atienden el desayuno, muy desatentos, se juntan en una esquina agrupados y conversando entre ellos y no les importa que un cliente tenga alguna necesidad. Displicente cuando se les consulta por una necesidad. Cuando llamamos vía telefónica a recepción, no cumplieron con lo informado y finalmente personal del mesón de recepción estuvieron muy por debajo de una buen atención al cliente, sin sonreír, sin saludar cordialmente y sus instrucciones poco claras. Debo aclarar que solo una señora de edad durante el servicio de desayuno, se vio pasando rondas continuas para verificar si algo faltaba. Esperando aportar para eventuales mejoras Muchas gracias
