We loved our stay at Maki hotel! The bedrooms were cozy, comfortable, and very nice. The location was great and close to everything in the town. The people at Maki were so kind and helpful, and we loved the large and filling breakfasts. They also had umbrellas which came in handy!

The location of the hotel is great and the parking was useful though there was plenty space on the street too. The hotel looks really nice inside and outside with a small garden. The staff were nice and helpful. Though we stayed only one night in this hotel so it was fine for us. However, the room we got was extremely small and to make it worse it had extra single bed inside - there was no literally space to move around and it had very limited space for clothes, etc. It was a busy week in Pucon with international conference and probably better rooms were allocated for guests staying longer, though we would not recommend to book a room for three pax. The bathroom did not have any heating at all. Though the room was ready for our late evening arrival warmed up with AC while it was close to 0C outside the bathroom was icy cold and the only way to warm it up was to switch on the hot hot shower which is not ideal. The breakfast was very limited and simple and no any other choice of coffee by filtered. We would appreciate espresso even if for extra charges.

Excelente relación precio calidad. Muy cómodas las habitaciones. Muy cómodas las áreas comunes. Excelente atención de todo el personal. Sobre todo Gonzalo. Muy cálidos con los pasajeros El desayuno en líneas generales es óptimo. Es una buena opción.

Excelente hotel. Bien ubicado a solo un par de cuadras del centro y del lago . Limpieza impecable. Cuenta con estacionamiento y un desayuno delicioso. La habitación muy cómoda . El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesitamos. Tiene un precioso jardín interior

Passamos 3 excelentes noites no Maki. O quarto não é grande, mas é aconchegante e dispõe de uma cama confortável e enxoval de boa qualidade. A ducha é muito boa. O quarto 1, no qual nos hospedamos, propicia uma linda vista para o Vulcão Villarrica, o que é um grande diferencial para quem visita a região em busca de belezas naturais. O café da manhã é muito bom e funciona em um esquema de marcação prévia de hora, que pode ser feita na noite anterior, já que o salão não é suficiente para atender a todos simultaneamente. Tal fato não atrapalhou em nossa permanência. A propósito, considerando que o hotel é pequeno, em diversas ocasiões fui tratado pelo nome, o que demonstra o acolhimento e a hospitalidade da casa. O Gonzalo é uma pessoa muito agradável e, juntamente com alguns colaboradores, estava sempre disposto a nos ajudar. Tendo em vista que a vila central de Pucon é pequena, a localização é perfeita. A 5 minutos de caminhada do comércio e longe o suficiente para não ouvir o barulho de alguns estabelecimentos frequentados por jovens e que funcionam até a madrugada. A garagem tem vagas fáceis de estacionar. Enfim, uma excelente escolha em Pucon.

Really enjoyed staying in this small hotel. Rooms have balcony, very comfortable beds & good sized bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is great. Freshly cooked scrambled eggs to order & cold meats cheese & a good fruit selection. The service is excellent. The staff all did everything possible to help us checking & booking buses, giving us early breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel .

Acogedor hotel, muy tranquilo y con excelente atención. Fuimos en pareja y la verdad muy agradable, el personal siempre atento. El desayuno muy bueno, variado, con jugo natural, pan casero y calentito. Las habitaciones de tamaño adecuado y con una pequeña terraza. Muy lindo lugar, cerca del centro, para ir caminando.

Nicest staff ever!! The room was very clean, modern, and we liked the way the hotel was decorated (not cookie cutter). We loved the view of the volcano from our room. The staff even helped us with our broken down rental car :). Walking distance to everything! Great breakfast, too!
