Decent hotel right next to the slopes, with a nice spa and above average food.

Room and whole hotel is basic and shabby, ruther 3* hotel than 4*. Beds are not so comfy, actually 2 bads joined together which we did not like so much but they don't have other option. Bathroom is very basic and smal, shower extrimelly small. Cleaning lady feels that she should save money on changing towels, so she arrgueed with me about returning clean after taking not clean towels. I sincerelly never had issue and discussion with a cleaning lady up to this hotel. She takes 6 towels, returns 4, without a big pool towels. Than you are chasing her in the corridor for additional 2 and she said I gave you yesterday 2!!! Unbeliavable, by my standards. Spa is not working, we didn't know it. Reception staff, apart from 1 lady, doesn't speak english. Pool area is ok, isolated, but people are not using shower before entering- unfortunatelly. Restaurant is whole different story, superb quality food for dinner. Since we had HB it was worth the money and stay. Actually, I would say that they deserve 1* Micheline. Breakfast not so much, but dinner out of this world. Also terrace view is spectacular.

I was friendly welcomed by a kind receptionist named Ms.Orsolya, my room was cosy and warm, the biggest surprice was the amazing tasty food ( 4-course dinner). The view from the restaurant was breathing. I enjoyed the pool, steam bath and Sauna. The location is great as well. I can only recommend and will come back soon.

Su relación calidad/precio está muy bien. Es un hostal muy grande. La habitación privada en la q nos quedamos (triple) estaba súper limpia u las camas cómodas (sin tirar cohetes tampoco).
Si, nos tocó a nosotros tender la cama de la peque, pero esto es muy común en este tipo de alojamientos. Cocina común y lavandería. Servicio de bar 24h. Cerca de la estación de tren y a 15 min a pie del centro histórico.

The house itself is outdated and quite shabby. The room was small, overlooking the parking lot, simply furnished but clean. The food was FANTASTIC!!! and varied, the staff in the restaurant quick and friendly. Kudos to the kitchen. However, the wine prices are enormous. A wine list was not presented, shock at the final bill. In contrast, the ladies at the reception: First of all, the booking was wrong, snippy when asked, not open to criticism. Too bad, that spoils the general impression very much.

Unfortunately, the house is getting old and that is noticeable everywhere. It definitely doesn't qualify for a 4* hotel. The staff was unfortunately not really competent and the friendliness could also be a lot better. Unfortunately, the two apparently interns were also very ignorant, neither of the area nor when we had to check out. There were also no informative folders for the area such as hiking maps etc. in the hotel. The room was very small and the panoramic view referred to the restaurant terrace and not in the room. Unfortunately, the sauna was also closed and otherwise there was quite a lot of junk lying around in some places. The room was clean but unfortunately it smelled horribly and the bathroom was getting old. The terrace and the 4-course menu are definitely worth mentioning. But the terrace is only the highlight when the weather is nice. Okay for 1-2 nights, but only if dinner is included (we had a great offer here) at the "normal price" there are much more charming accommodations.
