Das Schloss bietet nicht nur eine historische Anziehungskraft sondern auch moderne,bequeme Zimmer ,kostbare Speisen,freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an.Es lohnt sich einen langen Spaziergang im Park zu machen. Vielen Dank!

Es wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, bei dem keine Möglichkeit bestand, das grell beleuchtete Hinweisschild“ Fluchtausgang“, auszuschalten, sodass kein Schlaf möglich war. Das Zimmer wirklich hell erleuchtet!!!Nach ärgerlichem Anruf bei der Rezeption gab es die Auskunft, dass dies in Österreich Pflicht ist und dass alle Zimmer derart ausgestattet sind. Am folgenden Tag wurde nach mehrfacher Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, … ohne diese Notfallbeleuchtung, diese Option gab es ja die Nacht zuvor gar nicht…..dieses Zimmer wies eine Zimmertemperatur von zuerst 27 Grad auf, das konnte noch auf 23 Grad runtergeregelt werden, … alles in allem 2 Nächte ohne Schlaf!!! Beim Ausschecken wurde auf eine Entschuldigung verzichtet! Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!‘

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Qualität der Speisen ist ausgezeichnet aber die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt. In einem Hotel am Land erwarte ich mir zumindest mehr typisch österreichische Speisen. Auf die Frage ob und welches Fleisch im Wildererpfandl enthalten ist mußte der Kellner erst nachfragen. Antwort dann Wildfleisch! Der Check in dauerte sehr lang, obwohl Reservierung vorhanden war und wir nur eine Gruppe von 3 Personen waren. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr modern. Das Hallenbad ist außergewöhnlich groß und sehr gepflegt leider wurde bei unserem Besuch nicht geheizt sondern gekühlt! Wassertemperatur war angenehm Raumtemperatur war kalt.

Een zware teleurstelling we hadden 3 weken op voorhand geboekt er was 1 business kamer + hof zicht kamer deze blijkt met uitzicht op rokend personeel en zwembad ! Toen we geboekt hebben waren er geen betere beschikbaar Maar het hotel wordt schloss ( kasteel ) genoemd ? Bij aankomst ( 16u ) kon je niks drinken enkel uit de minibar iets nuttigen De kamers zijn proper maar niet wat we hadden verwacht 🙈 Zeeeer spijtig !!!

the grounds are very nice with a pond where you can use the free boat, swim or even ice skate at your own risk. the pond water isn’t really clean so i wouldn’t swim there. and it’s just a meter deep. but it completes the beauty of the place. the room (junior suite) was very spacious and clean and is disabled-friendly. we got bathrobes, towels and slippers. the rooms also have a safe. there is a mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee. so there was a coffee machine and a kettle. they have a bio sauna, finnish sauna and a steam bath. which were really amazing. they also have a gym and a large swimming pool which was my favorite thing to use during our stay. weddings are often held there because of the beautiful view of the castle just behind the patio where bride and groom are standing.

Park wunderschön zum Spazieren; tolles Ambiente am Teich zu sitzen; Zimmer sind sehr schön; besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, wo der Kaffee auch noch dazu wirklich gut schmeckt; Klimaanlage ober dem Bett ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig 🥶 Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön und sauber, es wäre aber vielleicht anzudenken, die große Wand etwas zu beleben. Der Aussenbereich lädt leider nicht zum Verweilen ein. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr toll angerichtet und hat wirklich ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein toller Aufenthalt und die Freundlichkeit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit waren top. 👌👌

A beautiful location and place but expensive and the Restaurang close 8 pm (on a Friday) Great breakfast but expensive 16 EUR / per person (even for kids) and are not included if you book from ex, booking (even if Booking told you it should be included) Not to recommend if you are a family of four, then you you need to book a suit (expensive) to mange 4 beds in same accommodation. Nice pool area, free parking, Air Conditioning in the room (suits)
