Bozena, the manager is nearly impossible to reach. She charged us for two rooms we did not use. Made members of our volunteer group meet a representative of hers in a dark parking lot for CASH and only then would she unlock rooms others needed to stay. Never answers her phone. DO NOT STAY at Borek. She does not represent the generosity of other Polish people- quite the opposite

Negligence. Greed. Vindictiveness and inattention. I spent an hour looking for a place to stay because the owners didn't provide the house number on Airbnb, no one answered my messages, I had to call Airbnb support. When I arrived, no one met me, knowing that I had problems. The code they gave me to open the door didn't work, because no one indicated in the instructions that I needed to press the hash mark at the end. Indifference and negligence. It's good that another hotel resident helped me. And finally, that's not all, for $75 they gave me a room with a shared toilet. Greed. While other people were renting better accommodation for 130 zlotys ($31), another resident told me about it and it was a room with a private toilet. When I called on the phone they couldn't help me. Horrible, expensive, and no one cares about you. The room was clean, no questions about it, but they left a bad review about me, because I promised to leave a bad review right after checking in, since there are objective reasons for this. And they, knowing that the review would be bad, instead of fixing everything or compensating, left a bad review about me. Vindictiveness. Terrible, I do not recommend, avoid.
