El entorno y la instalación está por encima del servicio que tienen. El restaurante está en manos, al menos, por la noche de unos camareros que son un grupo de adolescentes sin apenas formación. Ellos no tienen la culpa de olvidarse de pedir la bebida hasta que llega el segundo plato o de cómo tratar al cliente, de reponer el buffet que apenas había una sandía de postre, servir pan en la mesa. Nadie les ha enseñado y no tienen un responsable de camareros que los dirija. Es increíble que un hotel de este tipo con todos los servicios que ofrece descuide algo tan importante que es el trato con el cliente de manera directa. Las habitaciones que dan al valle tienen unas vistas espectaculares y están muy limpias. Solo que el mobiliario no acaba de encajar en un hotel de 4 estrellas . Muy sencillo y al límite de ser un apartamento de alquiler pelado de playa. Eso sí la terraza que tiene con las vistas, sencillamente espectacular. La respuesta del hotel, cuando nos quejamos en recepción del servicio del restaurante , fue que están en renovación de esta área. Cuesta creer cuando la noche antes estaban los camareros en el jardín donde están los clientes tomando unas cervezas al acabar de trabajar. 0 supervisión. Una verdadera lástima porque la restauración y el servicio del restaurante en un hotel es algo muy sensible y más en un hotel de montaña en el que el cliente suele quedarse a cenar en el hotel por comodidad y para no tener que desplazarse.

Finde en familia de 3 noches, espectacular todo. Servicios, pádel, piscina interior, gimnasio,vistas, tranquilidad.. Apto para perritos y tienen todo lo que necesitas. Es la segunda vez que venimos y seguro que repetimos.

Prullans está en muy bien situado para moverse por la Cerdaña y el Alt Urgell. El Ecoresort tiene muchos servicios que ayudan a tener una estancia perfecta para toda la familia, con servicio de hotel, apartamentoso y bungalows. El personal muy atento. El desayuno con productos de la zona de gran calidad.

El apartamento bastante bien. En el piso de abajo había una zona de juegos para los niños que estaba bien y es práctica.
La única pega es que no había servicio de desayuno en el hotel, estaba cerrado…

Amplio, cómodo y limpio.
Apartamento super amplio, limpio y cómodo. Estuvimos solo una noche y no conocimos las instalaciones del hotel. Como era entre semana no había opción de desayuno, por esto pongo 4 estrellas al servicio. La chica de la recepción super amable y atenta.

Easy parking, attentive staff. Some of the pictures of the Bungalows can be deceiving as they are located inside the camping. Restaurant times are tricky.
