Great location. Super quiet at night. Comfortable.Spotless. Beautiful artwork in the high traffic area.Don, the host is a sweet gentleman and super gracious. Plus he has a cuddly puppy that said hi to me on his daily breaks .

The John Randall House is amazing! Don and the entire team made us feel at home from the very beginning. They are perfectly located - close enough to the action of Commercial Street, but far enough away to experience peace and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was sparkling clean. The extra touches - like beach towels and sunscreen were very nice too. Already planning to stay there again the next time I visit.

Beautiful House and Excellence Hosts. Great location, 5 mins walk to the pier and next to Commercial Street. Room 8 with ensuite was very comfortable, clean and well presented. Modern air conditioner unit which was fab. Continental breakfast was perfect. The host , Don was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely visit again. Derek

As I and my partner walked from the Provincetown Fast Ferry, we found the John Randall house to be a welcome respite on a warm day. We were very close to Commercial Street, where we enjoyed the restaurants and sights, as well as the pier, where the ferry stops, which made it easy to walk to everything. We also enjoyed relaxing on the sun deck. The breakfast was a great way to start our days, with good coffee and fresh baked goods. The room was restful, with strong AC that kept us cool, even on 90 degree days. Don's friendly welcome was very much appreciated. It was also helpful to stow our baggage on the porch after checkout. Thanks for a great stay!

Don and his staff are welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The house is spotless! The continental breakfast choices are very good, and feature a home baked pastry. The rooms are comfortable with A/C. The location is central (perfect)! Can’t wait to go back!

Best place in PTown, hands down. I had an amazing time staying at the John Randall House. It's conveniently located to many of the restaurants and about a 6 minute walk to the bars.

I have been staying here at the John Randall House for decades. This guest house is my favorite in Ptown. I have stayed in several since 1980. This lovely guest house is always clean and inviting and I love the art. I love the breakfasts and everything is prepared and displayed with love. It is so convenient to the center of town and the owner Don and his workers are always welcoming and treat you like you are at home. I work several women's events in Ptown and always stay here at the John Randall house.
