There’s something magic about staying at the AWOL hotel. Besides the incredibly helpful, lovely (and very handsome) staff, the comfortable well appointed rooms, the outdoor showers, the gorgeous pool, the fully stocked bar, the nighttime s'more's at the fire pits, (as if you could ask for more…) the location is unparalleled. For someone who appreciates Provincetown primarily for its natural beauty, tucked away inside thousands of acres of pristine national seashore, watching the sunset and shooting stars at night from your private balcony, and waking to the view of the Moores and the ocean was truly incredible. Highly recommend. (Oh and the pillows are amazing.)

We found the needle in a haystack! This place was awesome, and just a tad off-the beaten bath-a short walk to downtown, with spectacular views, and cute grounds with nice touches such as a s’mores bar and delightfully fresh breakfast. The views and sunsets are beautiful from the rooms/hotel, and the room was aesthetically pleasing with a rustic pottery-barn feel. The bikes are great for going for a nice ride to any of the beaches, or downtown. I think an outside shade would be awesome on the balcony for the rooms, and baskets on the bikes, but honestly it was a perfect stay and very peaceful, relaxing, and quaint. They even mailed a package to me right away that I had left behind from shopping. Great customer service!

Awol is a little slice of heaven! Because of our AWOL stay, our mini-honeymoon was truly unforgettable! This was our first time visiting Provincetown in a more low-key, relaxing way and the first time visiting outside of memorial day weekend. It was a totally new experience and a huge part of that was our stay at AWOL. From the moment we arrived we felt at home and all of the staff, particularly Dan, were integral to that. The setting is stunning, the atmosphere is cozy, and it has all of the amenities you didn't know you needed. We can't wait to return!

This place was more than amazing! From the esthetics, scenery, customer service, amenities and cleanliness. I was not left disappointed at any point. Renting the bikes were super easy and all of my questions were answered. The hosts, staff and owners really made the stay that much more enjoyable. The location is close enough to downtown but far away enough that you feel like you’re in your own special spot. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family that visit often. The view was so amazing. The employees were so sweet and helpful. I hope one day I’m able to come back and stay here again! The complimentary coffee, tea, breakfast, s’mores, etc totally made us feel welcome and at home. I was able to bird watch with the binoculars they have in the lobby. It’s a quick ride to the center of town right on the bikes they also offer. Super fun experience with many special perks.

So , we like to do it Four Seasons / Relais et Chateaux style , and this gorgeous little , very cosy beachfront motel , which has had completely revamped , mini-luxurious rooms , was an excellent choice . Andrew , Brandon , and Dan were wonderful hosts . A superb way to stay in P-Town !!!!
