Mercury Hotel Provincetown

We had an amazing stay at the Mercury Hotel. After 15+ years of visiting Provincetown, I can honestly say this was the best mattress I’ve ever had in any hotel or rental—pillows too! So comfortable and restful. The little touches made it feel truly luxurious: always plenty of fresh towels, cold water and coffee available throughout the day, and a cozy, welcoming lobby that we actually enjoyed hanging out in. A big shoutout to Todd, who greeted us with a huge smile and kept our room spotless every day. His warmth, attention to detail, and hard work really stood out—he’s a gem and deserves recognition. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, always happy to accommodate. Our room was well-equipped and super comfortable for our weeklong stay. Only minor complaint: I emailed the property twice using the email address provided on their website and never got a response. Not a dealbreaker, but when I’m traveling (especially mid-flight), email is often the easiest way for me to reach out with quick questions. That was the only hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend this hotel and absolutely plan to return next year!

This is our second time in Provincetown and our second stay at The Mercury West Hotel. MarcAnthony could not have been more helpful, he contacted us as we were still on the journey to the hotel, not only giving us information on the rooms and keys, but detailed restaurant recommendations, which we took him up on! The hotel is welcoming, warm and cosy, and is a two minute walk from the main street. Parking was available at the hotel. Even the housekeeper is delightful, and remembered us from last time. Of course it helps that the decorating theme is Freddie Mercury, who doesn't love Freddie! Looking forward to our return in a few months.

Two Thumbs Up A comfortable, quiet hotel in an ideal location with kind, welcoming staff ready to help you while also respecting your privacy. I stayed two different times in different rooms. Both had comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms with robes, small refrigerators, complimentary water bottles and logo totes. Check out the uppermost roof deck with its views of nearby rooftops and the sparkling waters of the harbor beyond, and in another direction, the Pilgrim Monument. It is a great spot to sit or lounge under the stars, at sunset, and in the morning. The back patios are lovely too.

Love Provincetown. I had a great time at this place. Very friendly, having wine& cheese at the afternoon. There's a patio and rooftop. The room was very clean and amazing shower temperature. Great located. Only thing I tried to reach for them before arrival and it was impossible. No answer at the email/ phone.
