The old lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. There were very few breakfast options, basically just muffins, cereal, milk and eggs. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. People living upstairs felt like the sky was falling.

I have stayed at the Cape Colony Inn 5 times. Every single time my experience was the same. Very friendly staff on the phone and in person. This includes housekeeping. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately maintained. It is quiet and tucked out of the way but still plenty close to the center of town especially with a bicycle. Compared to the other crazily priced hotels in town Cape Colony gives great value for a modest amount of money. I have recommended CC to 3 friends who have stayed and would echo this review.

I had a great visit to Provincetown. The hotel is a great place to stay. Very quiet away from Down Town. The walk in town is reasonable. The rooms are good size and they do have Keurig Coffee. Not to mention a nice free breakfast in the main office with a good variety. This is my third year staying with them for 3 nights. I couldn't think of staying anywhere else.

This Inn was sensational and the staff were very professional & friendly. The room was very clean, plus you were able to go outside and relax on the lawn, sit by an huge fire pit or play shuffle board. The Inn is close to downtown. It made our trip to Providencetown complete. Will not hesitate to stay there again!!!

I have stayed at The Cape Colony Inn several times in the past and I have to say that it just keeps getting better and better! From the warm greeting we received when we arrived to the friendly and very helpful management! We stayed in a beautifully decorated family suite. The attention to detail was above and beyond. The rooms were spotless as well as the immaculate bathroom! Plenty of fresh clean towels for all! We all just can’t wait to return for future visits!

We needed a room for one night during a hectic schedule, and booked by phone. The clerk alerted us that the queen room had a small footprint, about 2.5 feet of space between the wall and one side of the bed. The Inn gives guests a tote bag with water bottles and Cape Cod Potato Chips - a nice touch. In this smallest of rooms on offer, the closet area had no door, there were hooks but no hangers. Shower stall, no tub. No chair. The room had a tv, microwave, and small fridge -- we used the fridge and it was as cold as it should be, but we did not try the freezer. When we called the desk to ask for shower instructions, someone came by immediately. (I didn't know whether to pull or turn the handle and didn't want to force it.) I could hear people above us moving around, and I believe I heard snoring! But I fell asleep anyway. For us, the size and amenities were alright for a short stay. My spouse was very pleased, slept well, and says we should stay at CCI again.

We have nothing negative to say about our experience at Cape Colony Inn. Greeted by friendly staff who were always helpful with our questions. The room was spacious and clean, loved sitting by the fire pit, walk down the little road across the street and you're on Commercial Street with a lovely walk to the center of town, generous continental breakfast, great place to stay! AND we had great weather!
