The hotel is small and simple, the lobby is comfortable and the service is good, the service attitude of the front desk and coffee bar is very good, the breakfast is rich and the products are great. It is a hotel worth staying in.

The room was smaller than expected but very clean. The tennis court is special, there are restaurants and supermarkets within a 2-minute walk, which is very convenient. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the lake. There is a small area by the lake with the name of the hotel, but there is no staff and I don't know if it is dedicated to hotel guests.

In the off-season, the room is very favorable. There was a problem with the door lock of the booked room type, and it was changed to another room type, which felt more advanced. Therefore, the price may not be representative. Golf, tennis, football, all available, a stone's throw from Lake Garda.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed! I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì
