The ground floor of the villa has an entrance, a large living room with two lounges and TV sat with windows overlooking the garden and the lake, a dining room for 8 people, the well equipped kitchen with dining table and also a bathroom without shower. From the living room, the dining room and the kitchen you come out under the large covered porch with sun beds, large dining table and barbecue. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with a lake view: 2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds that can be put together, two of these rooms have a covered balcony equipped with table and chairs. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and a garden view. Completing the first floor there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and a larger one with a bathtub and a small laundry room with washing machine. In the basement of the villa there is a garage for 2 cars and a bathroom without shower. In front of the garage there is a parking place for a third car. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with beautiful plants that provide shade, where there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The lake view is very nice. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the center of Verbania Intra with its beautiful promenade, shops, restaurants, beaches and pools.
