Hello We went to this **** hotel in October 2023. The website is pretty......But what a total disappointment. Parking for 13 euros, the ceiling has fallen and it's raining from the ceiling tile, vehicles vandalized, the parking lot accessible to anyone and no surveillance worthy of a horror film. Maddening basement, enormous smell of humidity, dilapidated wall We had taken an extra price for a room for over-glassing. Bathroom recovery it is impossible a defective shower cubicle no furniture no product neither bathrobe nor slipper defective pipe no correct hair dryer etc...... the room tiles on the floor completely detached from the torn armchairs a real nightmare. A teapot from the 70s. Lunch then...............for a 4 star just not tolerable. This hotel does not offer any **** star services. Exterior no maintenance a wasteland. The reception furniture just obsolete......and dusty. The only positive point of this hotel is the staff. The photos are misleading!!! Be careful... don't be fooled! Huge hotel complex which does not inspire confidence given its location in a disused area of ​​Vogogna. The swimming pool existed as well as the jacuzzi but the water smelled of lemon and the infrastructure was too dilapidated or even dangerous for children. There was a smell of mold in the corridors as well as in the room, as for the toilets, there was an unbearable smell of cold tobacco!!! In short... The quality and price were absolutely not there!!!

We accept and find a clean and spacious room but with worn furniture and a carpeted floor. The air conditioning does not work. We don't stop for dinner, but only for breakfast. The cakes were bought at the supermarket and those who want yoghurt have to settle for the natural one as there is no choice. Espresso coffee, prepared at the bar, really poor. While we are having breakfast they are cleaning part of the floor of the living room and a lady happily passes by the tables with a bucket and mop. You expect much more from a 4 star hotel.

Disaster, to flee. Everything is indoors, the swimming pool and jacuzzi disgusting and cold to boot. The bathroom, all the joints are moldy and it was cold in the room... Disgusting smell throughout the building. The garage is falling into disrepair, we didn't even dare to leave the car there. Basically we arrived and left without even spending the night there. Never again...

Run away!! Miserable hotel!! Paid for 2 nights party on Saturday evening! pure scam... no sauna, hammam, relaxation area without reservation but we don't tell you this on arrival and as a bonus they charge us for massages which we did not take because we fled this Hotel!!
