Come ogni anno ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo piccolo ma accogliente hotel a Vigo di Fassa, situato in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dagli impianti di risalita. L’atmosfera familiare e l’attenzione al dettaglio lo rendono un luogo davvero speciale. La gestione familiare si distingue per la grande disponibilità e cordialità, facendoti sentire subito a casa. La cucina è eccellente, con piatti curati e deliziosi che valorizzano i sapori locali. Un plauso particolare va al personale, sempre gentile e attento. Tra tutti, Carlotta, la responsabile di sala, merita una menzione speciale: brillante, puntuale e dotata di una professionalità impeccabile. Carlotta sa come prendersi cura di ogni cliente, soddisfacendo ogni richiesta con un sorriso e una grande competenza. È un vero valore aggiunto per l’hotel e ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza unica in Val di Fassa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 1 al 5 gennaio con una bimba. Tutti molto attenti ai clienti e alle loro richieste, sia i proprietari che la signora alla reception, sia in sala, cameriera sempre disponibile, un ringraziamento anche alle signore delle pulizie. Camere pulite e ottimamente riscaldate, stessa cosa vale per gli ambienti comuni. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata, disponibili anche a richieste dei clienti. Per quanto riguarda la cena la sera prima si sceglieva il menu tra tre primi e tre secondi con buffet antipasti e verdure sempre presenti, così come i dolci, personale di cucina molto attento anche all’impiattamento. Per i bambini ampia possibilità di scelta. Una sera hanno organizzato aperitivo e cena di gala! Situato in un punto strategico per chi scia: a 5 minuti a piedi dalle scale mobili di partenza della funivia. Parcheggio libero e riservato davanti all’hotel. Piccola spa presente in hotel. Siamo stati davvero bene! Mi sento di consigliare tranquillamente questa struttura! Bravi!!! E grazie per tutto.

Camera spaziosa e ben arredata con piccola sauna interna. Ottima pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni. Spa bella con anche un'ottima sauna ed idromassaggio all'esterno...davvero rilassante!!!! Cene varie con piatti ricercati e servizio impeccabile!!! Serata di Capodanno con intrattenimento musicale. Ci ritornerei volentieri!!!! Grazie del bel soggiorno!!!

Soggiornare in questo hotel è sempre una certezza. Ormai sono anni che veniamo in questo meraviglioso posto per rilassarci, fare delle stupende passeggiate e godere di una vista mozzafiato. Servizi e cucina ottimi, nulla da dire. I fratelli Michele e Andrea, poi, sono il top del top. Super consigliato!!

Consiglio questo albergo per la struttura con camere pulite e spaziose. Personale molto gentile. Mi e’ piaciuto tutto e ci tornerò molto volentieri. Dall’albergo, che ha il parcheggio privato, è possibile raggiungere il centro di Vigo a piedi

Come sempre una certezza per quanto riguarda pulizia, gestione della sala e qualità e quantità delle pietanze. Ottima colazione internazionale. Poi Michele e Andrea sono top. Manca spazio all'aperto. Tutto rimodernato e senza moquette.
