Sono tornato per la seconda volta con la mia famiglia in questo hotel e confermo la splendida esperienza. La spa, di recente rinnovata, è davvero eccellente, perfetta per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi. La cucina è di altissimo livello, con piatti curati e sapori autentici. Il personale si distingue per gentilezza e cortesia, sempre attento e disponibile. La suite in cui ho soggiornato è nuovissima e davvero pulita. Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni aspetto, tornerò sicuramente ancora!

Avevamo scelto questo hotel in quanto parte del circuito AIC celiachia... E si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa sotto molti punti di vista. Innanzitutto la differenza la fa il personale: dalle receptionist alla cucina e alla sala sono tutti disponibili,accoglienti,pazienti e gentili... caratteristiche mai scontate e che ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e accolti nel migliore dei modi. L'Hotel dispone di spa ,possibilità di poter utilizzare le Mountain bike, attrezzatura da trekking ed è anche un Family Hotel con ampia zona giochi per i bambini. Da coppia con diverse intolleranze e allergie alimentari il personale è sempre stato impeccabile e paziente nelle nostre richieste e finalmente ho potuto assaporare lo strudel(senza glutine e lattosio) che era Divino! La posizione dell' Hotel è ottima,a pochi passi dalla stazione dei bus, e abbiamo potuto muoverci Senza auto comodamente. L'unica mancanza per il periodo estivo la mancanza dell' aria condizionata nelle stanze. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo in questo hotel che ci ha fatto vivere un'esperienza unica.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura quattro giorni. La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è stata l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale ma soprattutto la cura e l'attenzione verso il nostro figlio più grande che è celiaco. È un posto ideale per famiglie, le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Il cibo è vario e molto buono. Ci ritorneremo presto.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura a Gennaio 2025. Trovare difetti mi è difficile, personale gentile educato e molto preparato. Garage ampio con annessa ski room. Zona merenda enorme e ben fornita per il reintegro dopo una giornata di sci. Ho soggiornato sulla suite living Family , ENORME! A due passi dal centro di Cavalese e vicinissima agli impianti del Cermis. Concludo consigliando vivamente la struttura.

con tutta la famiglia abbiamo deciso di passare il periodo natalizio in questo bellissimo hotel recentemente rinnovato. Perfetta la suite che ci è stata fornita e ristorante adeguato al livello dell'hotel. Wellness ampia con la possibilità di un altro centro benessere riservato solamente alla coppia.
