Heaven has landed. Gianna and Mimmo have co-created something so elegant, breathtakingly stunning and truly heartfelt. The design of place is a masterclass in restoration, with attention to every detail… Every which way you look there is a picture perfect view. The landscaping is inspiring, the aroma from the flowers and herbs (that grow in abundance) offer another layer of decadence. The beds and the pillows are so comfortable! Check out the new rooms on the first floor. In fact any room… I have stayed in a few! The food and hospitality and amazing.. I have learned so much about Italy, food, language and culture. Gianna is so responsive, so available and open hearted. Patrizia cooks the most amazing food everyday, I recommend being here with family and friends and having Patrizia cook dinner for you… lasting memories. I also held a crystal sound retreat here for 12 people and it was amazing, highly recommended for wellness retreats and family gatherings. I could go on and on about this place. I don’t think I can visit Italy without visiting these beautiful people and this beautiful place. Each time I return, I love it more! We will be back!

A delightful, peaceful and beautiful little oasis - a great place to get away from it all. Gianna is very personable and highly responsive, and the love and care that she and her husband have poured into renovating and creating the idyll that is Mastropa is evident! Bellisimo!

Wonderful and welcoming
We had a fantastic three days at Mastropà. Gianna and family were very welcoming and accommodated all our requests. The property has been lovingly restored over eight years (!) to the lovely home away fro
home it is today. With only six rooms it is very quiet and relaxing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is homemade and provided with a welcoming smile from Gianna and her chef, with different variety from day to day. Gianna was constantly available throughout the stay to recommend restaurants for dinner and to help with bookings and finding parking nearby. A real gem only in its second summer, but with all the right elements for a great break.

We had a magical visit. The grounds of the property are STUNNING with beautiful gardens, paths, and ancient olive trees. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great local recommendations. And the complementary breakfast was fresh and delicious – with homemade breads, jams, and olive oil. We highly recommend staying!

Mastropá is my favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. We had a wedding at Amastuola and found this gem 8 mins away from the venue. The grounds, the pool, the rooms, the breakfast, everything is just absolutely stunning. This is a 5 star experience from start to finish. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. It’s a family run business, and they were so welcoming and friendly. I’m gluten free and they provided wonderful options for me. We can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Aarzel niet om te boeken. Prachtig domein waar je kan tot rust komen, infinity pool, zeer nette comfortabele kamers, ontbijt is heerlijk, lekkere lokale producten. Patrizia is een voortreffelijke kok, Gianna de gastvrouw helpt je met alles wat ze maar kan, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Service is hemels !! Dankjewel om ons zo goed te ontvangen. We zullen deze vakantie nooit vergeten❤️

AMAZING!! We stayed here the night before celebrating our daughters wedding Gianna is a fantastic host- can’t do enough for you We then hosted our daughter’s wedding rehearsal evening here - once again an amazing night had by all! Several of our wedding guest stayed here They couldn’t praise it enough The rooms are first class Breakfast delicious 😋 Homemade treats, jams and breads Can’t recommend it enough 5star Get booking it!
