Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cet hotel, le personnel est gentil et a l ecoute. Le restaurant est tres bien aussi. Il change de menu tout les soirs. Je vous le conseille

Ho scoperto questo Hotel per caso. Sono rimasto stupito sia della bellezza del posto che della cortesia del personale. Camera pulita, vista mozzafiato, personale gentilissimo e professionale, ristorante con piatti eccellenti. Colazione stupefacente.

C’è da dire che come location non si discute, costoso anche il ristornante se ti fermi a mangiare paghi ma non mangi un bel niente, fai bella figura ma paghi pure l’aria che respiri, se dovessi festeggiare in ricorrenza questo posto lo eviterei. Si parla tanto del nord-caro ma in effetti non è così da sconsigliare anche perché il proprietario è lo staff non guardano in faccia a nessuno…

Bij aankomst was er geen kamer vrij dus moesten ze eentje voor ons boeken. ******* heeft de reservering niet aan hen doorgezet. Wel zijn we direct geholpen door de persoon aan de balie en zijn we goed geholpen. Hotel is prima locatie prachtig personeel vriendelijk.

Tutto bello, cibo eccezionale, una pace incredibile, unico problema che non è possibile fare il bagno, ovvero è pericoloso per via degli scogli, non c’è nessuna scala per accedere all’acqua come in altri posti con gli scogli simili… Abbiamo fatto 3 giorni davanti al mare con caldo di 38 gradi senza bagnarci. Unico difetto ma è davvero importante per me. Un vero peccato.

Residence situato in una posizione davvero suggestiva. Nelle giornate limpide l'Etna domina sovrano con la sua imponente mole. Gli spazi interni (soprattutto i giardini) molto curati. Carina la piscina anche se un pò piccola considerando la grandezza del residence. Abbiamo pernottato in una stanza ampia e confortevole ma con un letto matrimoniale un pò piccolo. Il bagno spazioso, ma con pochi piani di appoggio. Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante sia come ospiti di un matrimonio a cena (e devo dire che lì la qualità è stata ottima), sia pranzando appena giunti in struttura (e in questo caso non mi sento di sconsigliarlo, per via dei prezzi). Punto debole della struttura a mio avviso è la colazione, scarsa e di qualità rivedibile. Inoltre la pulizia della sala in cui veniva servita lasciava a desiderare. Personale gentile e disponibile. In conclusione struttura buona ma con alcuni punti da migliorare.

Semplicemente un sogno! Abbiamo scoperto questa location 3 anni fa e ce ne siamo innamorati immediatamente! L abbiamo scelta per il nostro matrimonio da favola e da allora appena possiamo torniamo con molto piacere. Personale sempre gentile, location pulita, cucina top sia x qualità Ke x quantità, spa accogliente, spazi esterni infiniti ma sempre ben curati. Camere a forma di dammuso siciliano (igloo) molto suggestive. Stra consigliato!!!!
