La camera bella, ma ho avuto problemi con il personale, in particolar modo con il ristorante blue moon: abbiamo fatto il check e al momento della cena (benché avessi prenotato con la mezza pensione), il maitre non ci voleva far cenare perché è previsto il dress code. A parte che nella prenotazione non era indicato, in più benché gli avessi proposto di farci cenare nella sala esterna o con il servizio in camera, il maitre si è ostinato e rifiutato di collaborare. Ci siamo rivolti in reception e abbiamo ritrovato lo stesso atteggiamento e, dopo aver rimarcato il concetto che mi stavano negando un qualcosa che avevo già pagato e che non si rendevano disponibili a trovare una soluzione alternativa, sono andati contro le loro stesse regole e ci hanno fatto mangiare in un angolo del ristorante. Da quella sera e nei giorni successivi ho trovato da parte del maitre un atteggiamento poco professionale e piuttosto antipatico, venivamo totalmente ignorati ed è capitato più volte che servivano tavoli arrivati dopo e di aspettare anche 10-15 min prima di ordinare un caffè la mattina! In più tazze e piatti sbeccati, posate logore e tovaglie macchiate Per non parlare dei piatti, non sicuramente da 5 stelle,

Der Ort ist magisch...die Reisezeit war ideal, weil Vorsaison. Das Hotel, die Bar, die ganze Anlage alles wunderschön. Die Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr privat alles. Golf spielen wir nicht, haben aber von anderen Gästen erfahren, dass der Platz sehr interessant sein soll . Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel wunderschön. Der Service ist verbesserungswürdig. Das schlimmste war aber in den 4 Tagen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter der Bar. Wir konnten 3 Nächte nicht schlafen. Am letzten Abend noch Privatveranstaltung. Es war wirklich furchtbar. Umgebung toll.

Tutto eccellente , struttura, ubicazione, unico neo però ristorante Bar interno, prezzi inaccessibili, e piatti poveri di contenuto. Aperitivi super costosi, no non va bene!! Da rivedere.... Il posto illude e delude!!Peccato basterebbe rivedere il prezzario dei piatti offerti a pranzo zona Bar.

Beautiful place but need improve. The gym area it is not for a 5 stars review. It looked completely abandoned. A few machines dated and the only one treadmill does not work. Disaster. The girl at front desk said that we can go to run on the street.. so unbelievable.. the food was not as expected and the breakfast as well .. so limited. Trust me I am from USA the 5 stars hotels comes with an incredible breakfast buffet, this one was cheap !
