What can I say, a beautiful village, the booking to visit the island of Tavolara with Matteo was very quick apart from the slow connection😅 very professional person, compliments for the whole complex, truly a breathtaking view, I haven't tried your cuisine there, I will definitely do so next time. The space I get to text in here may not be sufficient to cover everything I wish to speak about. The entertainment staff is nothing short of incredible. They work day and night to insure everything runs smoothly and people feel at ease. The attention placed on details - whether they be insuring the serenity of clients or the choreography steps - is remarkable, and the amount of hours spent idealising, organising and rehearsing is evident. Each member is both skilled in a specific field and capable of navigating a plurality of tasks. Greta and Michelle utterly nailed the water aerobics, and represent a valuable addition during the evening theatre performances as well. Matteo’s energy makes it impossible for you not to smile in his presence. Always the professional sports’ guy, he is careful in ensuring an healthy competitive environment during the activities. Fluctuating in his authentic, creative and positive vibes you’ll find Gabriele (follow the big red mosquito glasses). While his never ending smile accompanies you throughout the day, it’s the acting and dancing skills which will truly mesmerise you during the evening shows. The choreographies are Sabrina’s masterpiece. Coupled with Anita, the two make a stunning dancing duo. Lorenzo and Lucrezia’s efforts to keep the youth entertained do not go unnoticed. If you have kids or teens, rest assured they’ll find themselves in great hands. Last but not least, Salvatore’s qualified, outgoing, and ironic self is a sight to behold. 99% of his 24-hours-time is spent planning - literally - everything. In the latter 1% he is rehearsing the cartwheel on stage. They are just some of the skilled and lovely staff members you’ll encounter. Astrid’s politeness at the restaurant is refreshing, and Allan’s calm and professionalism at the swimming pool reassuring. I figured 10 days were too little time. Have fun!!

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, in particular Eduardo De Lecce who helped us many times at meals and transport. Gabriele was also an extraordinary entertainer. :)

A really nice place. Everyone is friendly. Excellent staff. The location is fantastic. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Eduard at the reception helps me a lot. Giacomo, Antonello all of the from the breakfast and al so nice and warm. I reccommend this hotel.

Our weeks holiday was a disaster from start to finish. From being told initially we had no reservation, to being in a totally remote & isolated position, this place is just awful. Booked through TUI, no questions answered & no issues resolved when contacting customer services via their app. Portrayed as 4 star, we upgraded to deluxe sea view room, all inclusive. Do not waste your money, as the choice of drinks is a disgrace, food inadequate & cold. Not 4 star standard, in fact the same food as not all inclusive, just on an outside terrace inundated with wasps, flies & ants. The only bar offering in the evenings seated @90 at best & nowhere near enough for the number of guests staying. When trecking up & down the hill in the evenings, there was a strong smell of drains/ sewage. Concierge "service" appalling, told if we were to hire a car we would have to travel to pick it up from Olbia. Looked forward to a couple of TUI "experiences (which bombarded our email inbox) to be told we would have to make our way to another hotel @ 12 miles away, as no pick up for ANY of their excursions. Utterly useless. Would we recommend to friends? No. Would we recommend to people we didn't like? No.

Currently halfway through 7 nights honeymoon and I have to say from reading previous reviews I was wondering if I'd book the right hotel before we arrived!!. This was soon made clear that I had booked the perfect location!!. We are staying in the Beach Hotel and the view and service are first class. Food is excellent, top class in fact. A really good selection and variety. Wine is as expected, quality. Staff are so friendly in all the restaurants, bars and reception. Plenty of English holiday makers too. I don't normally leave a hotel review, but after over 30 years of travel, this place will forever be in our memories!!!

We stayed at The Beach Hotel at the bottom of the Resort. Good points: The beautiful views. The food and wine. Central pool pleasant. Nice staff and people who do their best. Not so good: Resort is built on a hill. Main reception at top, beach at bottom, restaurant and pool in middle. Be prepared for serious walking. There is a couple of buggies that move people around. They can be chaotic at busy times. The Bar does not have white rum (!) so no Pina Coladas. One small shop selling gifts, no toiletries. Room service can be random. Sometimes coffee and water not replaced. Beach area very cramped. Felt like battery hens surrounded by noisy people and kids. Pool area ruined by pounding music (hip hop) when you want to relax. Pool bar only does basics, no cappuccino for instance. We were all inclusive but there are several things not included. Ice cream at pool for instance. No nearby village or town to explore. Lots of small issues add up and balance the good points.

This resort is very nice and excellent, perfect and funny personal expect Edward, Giovanni and Samuel ＜3, we loved food and caces and beautiful enviroment, with perfect beach.
