Ci sono stato un po’ di tempo fa in estate, posto bellissimo e staff competente. Gli animatori dei ragazzi sono molto disponibili e anche loro giovani e simpatici pertanto io con loro mi sono trovato molto bene e mi sono subito inserito nel gruppo. Lo rifarei. -Gigi

Die Anlage macht einen sehr positiven Eindruck. Schönes Gartenzimmer mit eigener Terrasse.
Die Anlage liegt allerdings sehr einsam in schöner Natur und einen Phantastischen Sandstrand.
Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar.
Da das Hotel All Inclusive Service anbietet, ist die Qualität der Getränke über Getränke Automaten geregelt. Ein Markenprodukt wie eine Coca-Cola, Bier, Fanta oder Sprite sind nicht zu bekommen. Auch nicht über Mehrkosten. Ein Kiosk fehlt leider auch. Bei alkoholischen Getränken ist es wesentlich besser aus. Ziemliche Auswahl kostenfrei erhältlich.

The infra structure is very good and that’s it.
Service is terrible! Restaurant there’s no plate, cup, silverware, food including simple slices of ham, cheese and bread. Tables all dirty and is not lack of staff as they are most time chatting between them or over their phone. There’s a lack management overall. We also stood at the prestige area. This area is better as we could acres to clean plates, glasses and usually food was replace in time. It also had a la cart good for the prestige, but in most cases food that was served is the same in the buffet… really disappointing.
I also had to change the room as they AC was not working, but my and my family had to sleep 2 night in one room with no AC as they try unsuccessfully to fix it.
Lastly and for that’s even worse if you have kids. The kids pool area open from 10-12 and 16-18. You get really stuck not doing much except going to the beach in case is not too windy which normally is. Again infra structure is good, but service is just non existing and food is quality and service is rather poor

Struttura nuova, moderna e pulita. Ben curate le camere ed il bagno.
Bella la piscina, i campi da tennis e padel.
Buona l’animazione e gli spettacoli.
Ottima la ristorazione a cominciare dalla colazione al pranzo sino alla cena. Non è mai mancato nulla.

Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli,dalla camera,la spiaggia, il ristorante con piattidi prima qualita,il parcheggio, mi sembrava di vivere un sogno, ma era tutta realtà, ci ritornerò sicuramente ,uauhhhhh, mai fatto una vacanza così,strepitosa,provare x credere

Ho passato una settimana in questo resort con la mia ragazza e l'esperienza è stata positiva dal primo all'ultimo minuto, partendo dalla gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia generale delle camere e l'estrema tranquillità che si respirava nel resort, assolutamente una bellissima esperienza

Ci sono stato in agosto e mi son trovatto benissimo lo consiglo a tutti. Il staf e molto preparato a fare il suo lavoro e sono gentilissimo. Anche i prezzo non sono abbastanza salati e anche la qualità del cibo e buono non costa moltissimo ma si mangia bene.

Is Serenas Badesi Resort moderno e pulito...sono stato nel mese di settembre abbiamo trovato bel tempo e ci siamo potuti godere questo bel resort.prezzo nella media per il periodo di settembre. Avrei voluto fare qualche altro giorno per poter continuare a visionare anche altri posti non distanti dal resort
