Abbiamo soggiornato negli appartamenti situati in collina ottimo appartamento con terrazza vista mare vicinissimo al centro e a cala d ambra ottimo anche il servizio dalla reception all appartamento molto disponibili e cordiali da ritornarci

Erste mal im Restaurant gegessen. Karte überflogen für mich alles auf italienisch, den englischen Teil wohl überflogen. Als deutscher schwer was zu bestellen. Den Kellner gefragt das wir das nicht lesen können. Er sagt das ist Fleisch und das ist Thunfisch. Also bestellt. Bessere Option wäre gewesen aufstehen und abhauen. Fleischgericht lecker, Thunfisch war roh. Von Zubereitung keine Infos vorher. Schade ein Essen unvergessen zurück. Kellner steht in der Ecke erzählt das seinen Kollegen dreht sich um und lacht. Hier essen wir nie wieder.

Soggiorno di sole due notti con la mia famiglia, camera tripla numero 23 con accesso disabili. Colazione abbondante e varia con possibilità di poterla consumare sull'incantevole terrazza esterna sul mare. Camere pulite e confortevoli, bella piscina con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti, spiaggia privata attrezzata a pagamento veramente low cost (20€ per 2 lettini e 1 ombrellone) giardini curati e senza zanzare, parcheggio privato, staff cortese e disponibile , San Teodoro raggiungibile a piedi con una breve passeggiata . Unici 2 piccoli nei ,che non hanno penalizzato la nostra vacanza, la vicinanza del locale AMBRA NIGHT con musica ad alto volume fino a tardi e l'assenza del bidet nella nostra sistemazione.

Posizione molto bella. Estremamente caotico ad agosto. Camera con i confort necessari. Il personale molto impreparato e in casi isolati anche scortese. Servizio spiaggia extra, così come la ristorazione. Ristorante adiacente di discreto livello. Per chi non è munito di auto, non lo considero di comoda soluzione.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia una settimana in questo meraviglioso hotel in cui ho trovato pulizia, gentilezza, professionalità. L'ambiente è rigoglioso di verde, di fiori e di profumi.le receptioniste hanno risolto immediatamente il problema della sedia job, che era rotta,sostituendola con un' altra la mattina seguente.i bagnini mi hanno sempre aiutato nei miei spostamenti sia in mare che in piscina...sempre professionali educati e disponibili. Al ristorante, di ottima cucina, ho apprezzato la professionalità e la simpatia di Alessandro.Ho inoltre usufruito della Spa, dove ho trovato la meravigliosa Pamela che prima di effettuare il massaggio,eccellente, mi ha spiegato l utilità di ciò che andava ad eseguire, mettendomi a mio agio.ho avuto modo di rilassarmi sotto le sue mani d'oro. Che dire....ritornerò!!!!

Preso appartamento per 10 giorni. Circondati da ragazzi in altri appartamenti adiacenti (a fianco e sopra) massimo ventenni che non hanno orari, bestemmiano, mettono musica altissima a qualsiasi orario e fanno grigliate all'una di notte. Nessuna privacy al piano terra. Non si riesce a dormire. Se uno vuole un po' di tranquillità e relax per le proprie vacanze deve evitare questo luogo. Chiamata la dirigenza dell'albergo e dicono di non sapere cosa fare... Lasciate perdere...

Ho prenotato un appuntamento a gennaio 2025 chiedendo un secondo piano per avere più tranquillità ma arrivati ad agosto in struttura ci hanno dato un appartamento a piano terra dove sembrava di stare in piazza dal via e vai che c’era. L’apertura della porta ci ha investito un odore pungente di candeggina, purtroppo era solo l’odore perché i pavimenti erano sporchi e gli armadi e i cassettoni inutilizzabili per la puzza di muffa. Nella cucina mancavano quasi tutte le stoviglie di base e richiedendole c’è le hanno fornite a malincuore!! Il pezzo forte però è stata l’assenza di silenzio per colpa degli occupanti degli altri appartamenti…tutti giovani che più che persone si posso classificare come “barbari” che tenevano accesa la musica a tutte le ore di giorno mentre la notte (a tutte le ore fini all’alba) si divertivano ad urlare. Abbiamo telefonato in reception per lamentarci e ci siamo sentiti rispondere che sono ragazzi!!! Ma il cliente non ha sempre ragione!! E se si lamenta, visto che paga, non va tutelato!!!

We had a lovely holiday here. The hotel is right on a beach, the swimming pool area is well maintained and the room was comfortable. We found the staff to be efficient and the location suited us. It is a 15 minute walk into the centre of San Teodoro so it is a shame that the hotel doesn’t have a shop on site for basics. Because of this, it probably wouldn’t be very suitable for people with mobility issues. The breakfast is repetitive but serves its purpose. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would love to give this hotel a great review but the noise from the nightclub across the road was unbelievably loud and didn’t stop until 5am in the morning! It was so loud we could hear the lyrics of the songs, it wasn’t just a distant dance beat. I believe the nightclub is open until 5am on the weekend as the noise on the Thursday night only came from the bar and ended at 11pm. Please check out the nightclub opening times and avoid staying when open. It’s such a shame as the staff and complex are really great.
