We stay at hotel for 5 days, with 2 children, we have dirty and smal room, we didn’t even have there place to put our baggage. We have all inclusive and also have to pay for more bottles of water for kids. We travel the world but this was worst than in countries were people have nothing to eat. Unwilling staff, the beach was just rocks where garbage stank.

What a wonderful stay! We loved how quiet it was here, the pool and beach never seemed busy and it always felt so calm and relaxed. We can’t thank the staff at the hotel enough and they are the ones that make this such a special place to stay. Our son has a rare condition with a strict diet. We contacted the hotel before and asked if they would cook some of our sons prescription pasta. We got a prompt reply from Morena saying of course and she would introduce us to the chef. At check in Morena mentioned this before we had a chance and again said it wouldn’t be a problem. It really put us at ease. On the first night we handed the pasta to the Maître d Bovina (I hope I have spelt his name correctly) he couldn’t have been more accommodating and offered to help with anything else we needed. Every night as we arrived he would walk straight towards us and be ready to take the pasta and help with his friendly smile. This was our first holiday with our son due to concerns it would be difficult with his diet and the attention we were given and kindness shown meant so very much! We really enjoyed snorkelling at the beach but I would suggest taking beach shoes as my eldest son stood on a sea urchin. The lifeguards were really helpful and managed to remove lots of the spines but suggested going to hospital as some were still in his foot. When we got back to reception to order a taxi to the hospital they said they would instead call a doctor. This was done so quickly and at 50 euros was much cheaper than taxis and the hospital. The member of staff really was so helpful and again caring. I believe his name was Michael, we ended up speaking to him a few times during our visit and he always made my son feel comfortable and took an interest in how he was getting on after the incident. It didn’t put my son off going back in the water and with shoes on this time he was able to spot lots more fish! As people have said in previous reviews it is handy to have a car so you can visit some beautiful near by beaches but we still managed to enjoy the shingle beach attached to the hotel as the water was so clear. We also loved the walk through the pine forest, seeing the lagoon and some Children’s play equipment. It was just the perfect holiday for us and we want the staff recognised for their caring and attentiveness. A big thank you to them, especially those mentioned for making our holiday so special.

A few of the reception staff were very helpful which was greatly appreciated! Warm welcome. The tui reps seem to be around alot of the time which is great but they weren't very helpful! One didn't really know much about the area and wasn't very forthcoming to gather answers from anywhere else. Also not many of the excursions offer hotel pick up which could be a problem as the hotel is far from anything really! It cost €110 for a 20 minute trip. The bus route isn't the best,the only option would be renting a car which can work out quite expensive. On the plus side it's a nice place if you literally want nothing to do, nice to have a quiet beach the food was nice! Could of been more organzation which no clean tables available when going to eat. As this is only May I dread to think what it would be like peak season. The rooms were very authentic which was lovely, although the wardrobe had a strong mould smell so nothing was put in it the duration of the trip. Also skirting on the bottom bed would of been a nicely touch too. Overall It was a nice place but very average.

The cooking class was really informative, a lot of fun and the food was delicious. Thank you Exec Chef Lillo and the lovely Spanish TUI Rep who did an awesome job of translating for us!
