This is supposed to be a four star hotel but while the staff are mostly very pleasant and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable, the place is soulless! The decor is drab and uninviting with little to relieve it. There was a convention on while we were there but there still appeared to be no public areas to sit other than reception or outside, and when we were there it was raining. Dinner was buffet style so we didn’t go there but to a much nicer restaurant opposite The bar is tiny and stuck in a corner with no proper seating. Breakfast is mostly pastries Italian style although there was the option of overcooked bacon and rubbery scrambled egg! Cheese ham and some fruit was also available. Parking was difficult as the garage was full and there is limited free parking on the street outside. The positives are that the position of the hotel is great for a beach holiday as the beach opposite is free and the cleanliness of the place is good. It was fine for a one night stay- if somewhat expensive for what we got- but there are other much nicer looking places nearby if you are staying any longer.

L'abbiamo scelto per l'aspetto aparthotel dell'angolo cottura che, con un bambino che ancora non da certezza di mangiare ciò che propone la ristorazione, è una salvezza. Ho molto apprezzato il monolocale spazioso con doppio balcone, bagno ampio con finestra e funzionale angolo cottura. Servizio di pulizia giornaliero, come in camera d'albergo e possibilità di prenotazione di un posto auto spazioso a pagamento. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere in pochi passi il mare e le vie principali con ampia scelta di ristoranti e minimarket. Buona colazione. Gentili e disponibili. Bravi

This was a lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a spa suite on the top floor and it was great. There was a lovely bottle of prosecco and some snacks on our arrival along with rose petals on the bed and a jacuzzi tub with a retractable roof---everything to make your trip sensational. The location is very convenient to bars, restaurants, shops and historical sites. The staff was very professional and accommodating and valet service for the car an added benefit. The property faces the beach and there is a very nice walkway that parallels the shore along the beach clubs and is also good for making use of the bicycles that the hotel provides. We wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend this property to anyone visiting Rimini who wants to be centrally located in the city.

We stayed in this hotel with my fellow for a trip outside. The spa is small and funny, perfect to relax a little since there is everything essential. The only sin I found is that the spa rules are not being respected so much, The receptionist told us that the coffin was required to access the spa, since we were not forced to buy it in the hotel, and at last no one weared it, and the couple who was in turn with us did not know anything about the coffin. Second, it was written that boys under 18 are not allowed to the spa, even if they are accompanied, but the round-by was booked for a family with a small baby ... is not to criticize but is to make a point on this situation. We also had dinner in the convenient restaurant with the hotel and we had a very good food, very delicious and quite abundant dishes, very friendly and very kind staff.

Hotel 3 stelle sopra la media! Camera piccola ma con tutte le comodità (compreso un ampio balcone) e tutti i giorni ripulita e sistemata. Posizione a pochi passi dal mare e dal lido convezionato, leggermente fuori dal centro e dalla via pedonale principale. Nota super positiva? La colazione top! Posizione leggermente fuori dal centro e dalla zona con i lidi più attrezzati e con servizi come piscina, animazione, giochi per bambini ecc. Il lido convezionato perfetto per chi ha bimbi molto piccoli, meno per chi cerca già qualche intrattenimento in più per i piccoli ospiti.
