The hotel all in all was great. The staff were kind and accommodating. The room I booked(423) was a junior suite. But it had this funny smell when coming into the room. But it was nice and spacious and had a really expansive bathroom. We switched to the room opposite (401) and it had a great sea view. Especially love the curtains surrounding the bedroom area! And the blackout curtains were great if you want to sleep in. The bathroom in this room was not as large as the previous room but it was charming. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. But if you want hot food you need to pay extra. The air conditioning was not up to par with what I expected. It only goes down up to 22.5 and for me that’s still warm to have a cozy night’s dream. But that’s just me. It’s near the high street and the famous gelato shop! They do have siestas so most of the shops are closed from 3-7 pm. Try the ADDUMA restaurant near the hotel. It’s fantastic! The hotel’s restaurant looks fabulous during the night. And you can go out to the terrace and enjoy the wonderful sea view with night lights lovingly encompassing the Lungomare Falcomata.

Excellent position close to beautiful via Marina with old giant trees, elegant corso Garibaldi, the Harbour hidtofoils peer to Messina and the foremost interesting archeological museums with the impressive statues of Bronzi di Riace. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathrooms. The location is quiet and the staff is kind and supportive. There is also a small and good restaurant to solve the needs of a quick tasty dinner. The hotel claims four star but there are some doubts because of absence e. g. of courtesy slipperies and bathrobe, the non convenient location and unavailability of electric sockets ose to the bed nor USB ports.

Abbiamo trascorso cinque notti in questo albergo e ci ritornerei. E' centralissimo, personale gentile, colazione, seppure servita in una bella terrazza al 6^ piano, insoddisfaciente. La parte dolce quasi immangiabile.. Al Sud è un peccato!! Camera non grandissima, ma confortevole. Il bagno lascia un po’ a desiderare per la rubinetteria.

Beautiful apartment on two levels, very new , very quiet, clean,complete of everything in the minimum details , very friendly owner,welcome and available . The hotel has a very good breakfast and cleaning, and a lot of good products available, and a flat-screen coffee machine and a flat-screen coffee machine.

La posizione ed ottima. Ci aspettavamo una villa d'epoca, invece è una villa di recente costruzione. La vista è direttamente wullo stretto dai balconi delle camere. Tutte attrezzate con aria condizionata, molto ampie. La sala da bagno , il sogno d imolti : enorme con vasca idromassaggio vista mare. Accogliente la padrona di casa. Alcune note , doverose per miglioramento. L'ingresso alla villa con l'auto è abbastanza angusto e non si è certi di esser nel luogo giusto, anzi. La presenza dell'auto all'imbocco, ci ha fatto desistere piu' volte pensando davvero che il navigatore avesse errato. Purtroppo è l'auto della signora, da rottamate ahinoi. Altra nota è la colazione: troppi prodotti confezionati invece di qualcosa di caratteristico, italiani e stranieri apprezzano la veracità della colazione e non l'omologazione. E' pero' stato possibile chiedere delle uova strapazzate in alternativa alla colazione dolce. La signora e la brava collaboratrice sapranno certamente implementare i suggerimenti.

GGuest UserMy boy and I stayed in this b&b for 14 nights. We were welcomed by Mr. Pasquale, who was friendly and available for all our stay. At the beginning there was written on the site that the parking was included and free but it was actually in the neighborhood or at payment or if you were well, you found it free after 18:00. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but pleasant, the breakfast was very pleasant, it was made in a common kitchen where there was a different choice. One thing we didn't know was that in Reggio the water after 20/21 is removed until about 5 a.m. We would have liked to have heard it before and also from the parking. So, as we went in August, we had to reduce ourselves to return from the sea within a certain time to avoid being waterless and not to enjoy the services of the art. The bathroom had no common wastewater plant but a ship-like plant and therefore we could not throw more than a paper tool into the toilet because there was a risk that this would be stuck by bringing dirt water out of the toilet. You had to be careful as soon as you came out of this, because the floor was in parquet with the risk of it being destroyed, and there was neither a window nor a dust-aspirator. There was no balcony in the room, we would have preferred it had been there. The cleaning was not the best and the towels were not changed every day (we had the same towels for a week). The price quality ratio is very good, all in all we'll return.

I found myself in this structure for a 15-day stay. Strategic point in the city, 3 minutes walk from the airport of Reggio Calabria, five minutes by car to the nearest sea and ten minutes from the city center and Falcomatà seafront. Excellent rooms very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness and service very attentive to the smallest details. Perfect quality/price for the structure and the place. (Same review for another structure of the same group right on the seafront and overlooking the Strait of Messina ”le mirage”) I fully recommend. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was magnificent. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast is great- the best croissant I have had in Europe! And made to order coffee- cappuccino, espresso, americano- whichever you want! The views from the property are magnificent and breathtaking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the furniture is gorgeous. We only stayed one night, but we left feeling like family. If you are ever in the area, do not hesitate to stay here!

GGuest UserGreat hotel located in a strategic location at the beginning of the longshore and near the city centre and the museum (where you can see the famous Bronze of Riace). Breakfast is absolutely to be improved for quality and quantity of products and for too tight hours (up to 9.30 from Monday to Saturday and Sunday to 10).

GGuest UserI was at a medical conference, and I was really and enthusiastic with the unprecedented kindness of all the staff, always available and laughing. The hotel is very nice with a swimming pool in the green and a private beach which is accessible by a safe 50 meters subway. Advised for any kind of person, from families to work trips. GGabiGWe were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. Overall, it was a pretty good stay since most of the time you are out and about exploring.
