Hotel ottimamente posizionato nel centro di Reggio, il servizio è preciso e puntuale, lo frequento da anni e mi sono sempre trovata bene, l ho consigliato ad amici e tutti si sono trovati benissimo

Sono stato in questo Hotel nei primi di maggio 2025 per un congresso della UIF. Devo complimetarmi con il personale dell'Hotel per la cortesia e gentilezza dimostratami. Avevo lasciate due camice nellla mia camera . Dopo averli avvisati mi sono state rispedite celermente senza nulla pagare. La cucina ottima e la posizione dell'hotel ideale. Lo consiglio vivamente

Very dated decor and worn out looking in many places. Pretty noisy outside and could hear neighbors too. It was clean and the bathroom was nice. Offered the little bottles of toiletries, which was a decent selection if not good for the environment.
