Rooms were small the original room they gave us was terrible after complaining and arguing who was at fault they changed our room which was better but still not was described on ******* when we booked the room

Mattress was pretty bad. Room was quite old but that's okay but single glazed windows are quite bad considering the room was on street side and right next to the train station. I guess it's less important on sea view side. Staff was nice and very helpful

"Esperienza deludente" Prenotato per 3 settimane ad agosto 2024, con camera vista mare. All'arrivo, la camera promessa non era disponibile. Siamo stati sistemati in una stanza piccola e poco confortevole, con problemi di privacy. Il bagno era mal equipaggiato e lo scaldabagno non funzionava. Dopo vari spostamenti, abbiamo affrontato diversi inconvenienti: mobili danneggiati, aria condizionata guasta, problemi idraulici. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, con cambio di biancheria e pulizia completa solo ogni 3 giorni. La struttura appariva trascurata e disordinata. La colazione iniziava tardi, con buffet limitato e a volte prodotti del giorno precedente riscaldati. L'unica nota positiva è stata la cucina del ristorante, discretamente buona. Ho segnalato al gestore la necessità di manutenzione urgente. Purtroppo, non posso consigliare questa struttura nelle attuali condizioni."

Personale accogliente e gentile, pulizia nella media. La struttura si presenta con un arredamento “particolare” che purtroppo rivela un po’ di trascuratezza, ma si può sicuramente apprezzare. Nella nostra camera non era presente il frigobar, in compenso malfunzionamenti luminosi e idrici. Si riscontra scarsa la manutenzione della struttura e il suo rinnovamento; leggendo anche le recensioni antecedenti a quanto pare i problemi da noi riscontrati non sono stati mai risolti, poca la voglia di migliorarsi e offrire un servizio più adeguato! Colazione sicuramente da migliorare, in qualità, quantità e varietà; per essere un luogo dal turismo internazionale. In breve consigliamo in caso di emergenza se non si trova altro, purtroppo per quanto la struttura offre peculiarità interessanti, non può essere un opzione.

Staff cordiale ed efficiente, informale comodo e pulito, direttamente su un mare incantevole.Infatti e la seconda volta che torniamo. Possibilità di prendere un aperitivo in terrazza, ristorante carino. Il punto forte è la cortesia e l esperienza dello staff.

Buongiorno, un peccato di proporzioni esorbitanti una struttura situata sul lungo mare di Scilla così scadente non è concepibile, a parte l ubicazione della struttura per il resto abbiamo poco da salvare, pulizia bassissima, confusione all interno della struttura colazione inesistente mi dispiace tanto

Posizione fronte spiaggia e fronte stazione, comodissima per godersi scilla al meglio. Tramonti impareggiabili sullo stretto di Messina da gustarsi dai bellissimi terrazzi. Colazione e ristorazione buonissimi, personale accogliente

Came across this little gem on Airb&b and so glad we did. I messaged the owner prior to booking who responded very quickly answering my questions and was more than happy to accommodate my requests. Great location, located next to train station great for travelling about. Welcomed by a very friendly man who explained all we needed and showed us around the hotel. Great room with balcony overlooking the beach which was serviced daily. The staff here are very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. We ate in many restaurants in scilia the others where good but this was the by far the best, complemented by a local singer who was brilliant. Our first time here and we will definitely return. Would like to say a Big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasurable. Grazie a tutti , Ci vediamo a September Lots of love Laura and Stephen xx

Friendly and tenacious hospitality. Open for lunch on Tuesdays in January, this hotel's restaurant is a welcome surprise. While passing through and a bit on the run, I was only able to taste a calamarata with squid, preceded by two exquisite bruschettas. But it was enough to convince me. Scent of fennel, very tender squid, attentive welcome. We'll see you again calmly!
