Ho soggiornato due giorni in questa struttura, mi è stata data una camera che non corrispondeva a quella vista nella galleria delle foto, dotata di una minuscola finestrella (40cm x40 cm), il prezzo è eccessivo per questa camera che è veramente brutta. Pur essendo in una struttura rinomata e di notevole pregio, la camera che mi è stata data non è da consigliare.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza da Booking (una determinata camera) pagato e veniamo chiamati dicendoci che quella camera NON era disponibile (ma dai) e ci mandano le foto di dove potevano metterci per due notti .. non metto in dubbio che quelle al piano di sopra siano belle ma quella dove ci hanno messo è allucinante!! NON vale assolutamente il prezzo altissimo che abbiamo pagato !! Nb. Abbiamo pagato per un’altra camera ma ovviamente le foto di questa bettola data non c’era su Booking. Spine che si staccano, muri scrostati, battiscopa staccati. Unica cosa valida il condizionatore ma posizionato in maniera sbagliato perché da proprio sui letti. Frigobar inesistente. Ci è stato detto “eh ma voi non dovevate prenotare da Booking “ , e allora cosa ci fate su Booking?! Perlomeno potevano salvarsi abbassando di molto il prezzo pagato e ripeto i soldi erano per un’altra stanza.

Ho ospitato i miei famigliari nell'affascinante Palazzo Mantegna, che si trova nel cuore del bellissimo centro storico di Gioiosa Ionica. Le camere sono belle, spaziose e panoramiche e il personale e' cordiale e simpatico. Esperienza fantastica!

An ancient building renovated keeping floors and where possible the original furnishings, a few steps from the central square of Gioiosa Ionica. Spacious, clean, quiet room with a large window overlooking the inner courtyard. Fresh and always breezy. Large bathroom with shower and window. Air conditioning. Homemade tart and donut and freshly picked figs from the tree for breakfast, and last but not least Mrs. Maria! She is the one who does a bit of everything, who with her kindness and her smile serves breakfast, sorts the rooms and responds to any request! Thank you so much, we had a great time!

Avrei dovuto pernottare a Villa Mantegna ma sono stato dirottato alla loro succursale di Villa Santa Maria. Location splendida ma ancora in buona parte non preparata ad accogliere come si deve ospiti . Sarò stato poco fortunato, ma la mia camera era priva di condizionatore( solo un ventilatore), frigo bar desolatamente vuoto, no acqua calda e no shampoo per doccia, oltre che una cabina doccia per lillipuziani. Notte a 27 gradi, molto lunga… Se verranno adottate le dotazioni di base potrà diventare un’ottima base.
